Our window-filled dining rooms and fabulous outdoor patio allow you to bask in the gorgeous views of the Willamette river and Mt Hood. Located on The RiverPlace Esplanade, you can enjoy our locally inspired scratch-made food, Pacific NW wines and microbrews, creative cocktails and a friendly atmosphere.

Soak in the gorgeous view of the Willamette River at your elegant event. Choose a swanky reception with wine and hors d’oeuvres, elegant buffet brunch / lunch / dinner or a formal sit-down plated event. We will work with you to create a memorable occasion customized to meet your specific needs.

Thirst offers two private event spaces with floor to ceiling windows. Our inviting and chic River Room is perfect for reception style parties. Our warm, Tuscan-style Cellar Room is ideal for both reception style and sit down events. Both spaces have outdoor patio seating that can be used in warmer months. We do not charge a space fee and have reasonable food and beverage sales minimums.

Our event and party menu is made from scratch featuring fresh, local ingredients. We also have vegetarian and gluten-free options. Our Executive Chef  / Owner has more than 20 years experience with private events. Our wine list includes delicious, reasonable wines that best represent the Pacific NW. We have more than 30 wines by the glass and 80+ by the bottle. We also feature local micro brews, spirits and creative cocktails. Thirst is also a fantastic place for wedding showers and bachelor / bachelorette parties.
