We wanted an authentic mexican meal to offer our guests. After meeting with the owner, Jorge, I knew we found our caterer. He was SO professional...offering us tastes and reccomendations for food. His catering team showed up right on time and took care of our guests. Everyone raved about the food. Apps, dinner, cake service, and clean up was completely smooth. There was a staff member there until the last fork was collected. Thank you Casa El Mirador.....you nailed it!!
