How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
The rate for the room rentals varies according to the number of guests you will be having at the event, the amount of rooms using and the season for which you are hosting it.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
If you are having your ceremony at the Shane Center, we will give you an extra hour for free. This hour goes toward the beginning of the event.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No. However, we do ask that contract with a licensed and insured caterer as well as provide The Shane Center with all mentioned documents.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
Yes. However, the client should hire a licensed and insured vendor to serve the liquor during the event.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
No nailing, gluing, stapling, tackling to be used on walls or tables. or doing anything that might hurt the structure of the venue. No fog machines or taper candles allowed.
What restrictions (if any) on noise levels?
Due to the Miami Beach Noise ordinances, we have to lower the music at 12am.
