LAVAN is a truly luxurious venue with a capacity up to 300 guests for weddings, social events, baby showers, corporate events & more... offering 7,500 square feet indoor and 5,000 square feet outdoor space that is exclusively yours to enjoy for your special day, providing the perfect backdrop for both your ceremony and reception.
LAVAN offers a private bridal suite, outfitted with plush sofas and beautiful furniture, providing a comfortable and tranquil space where brides can prepare for their big day.
You may design your event using LAVAN’s entire property, starting with your dream ceremony in the lush 5,000 square foot courtyard replete with tropical landscaping, a waterfall, and fountain. The garden bistro lights along with the our uplighting on our palm trees make the garden look amazing at night!
LAVAN’S stunning ballroom is a sleek, elegant space for any wedding reception. It lends itself perfectly to any design or decor you would like to bring in to create your desired ambiance. The ballroom adorns sheer white draping and captivating state-of-the-art lighting. We also have four (4) large High-Definition drop-down screens that will leave your guests enthralled after screening your video montage.
Our Venue & Catering packages are tailored to suit your needs and budget, with prices starting as low as $95 per person on Friday and Sunday, and $115 per person on Saturdays. Our team of expert chefs and dedicated staff work together to create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. LAVAN provides a full open bar for 5 hours, 3-course dinner, Venue, tables, linen, chairs, all dinnerware, flatware and glassware when booking with Broward Catering. Broward Catering is the parent company of Lavan Venue and specializes in a wide range of cuisines such as, American, Caribbean, Latin, and Italian, just to mention a few. Broward Catering also provides tastings before you book!

There is no venue like SOHO Catering & Events. State of the Art with Elegance, the room can transform before your very eyes to fit the mood. They are also on top of everything when it comes to your details and ensuring everything runs smooth.
SOHO Catering and Events is truly an amazing venue. Nestled in a fairly bustling community, the entrance is located in the rear of the building. After parking in the ample parking lot, you go up a walkway and enter into a lovely courtyard. The waterfall blocks out any noise from the main street and you feel transformed into an airy oasis with a tropical feel. Upon entering the ballroom, you will be greeted by a room dressed in lacquered white floors and white drapes. The modern elegance with drop down projectors, LED Uplights and black chandeliers announces the room with a bold and elegant style. This venue offers on-premise Kosher catering and alterative off-premise catering options. Though their on-premise caterer is fantastic and one to surely consider! They have delicious food and beautiful presentations. Lastly, but certainly not overlooked, is their phenominal staff who provides great service to your guests.
SOHO Catering is one of the few venues in South Florida that just "understand" how a Wedding or private event is supposed to function. When you first visit the venue, you are amazed by how much time and effort was put into the most intricate details (like their 4 projectors that drop down from the ceiling, or the dozens of LED Uplights that light up the fully-covered white drapes around the room). It's a dream come true for every bride and helps save them thousands of dollars by already including all the extras that normally don't come with a venue. As another vendor (DJs & Entertainment), it is a pleasure working with their incredible staff which accommodates to every need! Highly recommended!
