Conveniently located in the heart of Hollywood, Florida, just minutes from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, our elegant, newly renovated venue is the perfect setting for weddings, corporate events, galas, fundraisers, milestone celebrations, and private events.
Our versatile venue accommodates events from 100 to 300 guests and features modern interiors, flexible event spaces, and a beautiful outdoor garden that can be customized to fit your vision.
We offer flexible event options to meet your needs. Clients can reserve the venue only or choose our most popular package, which includes the venue, exceptional catering, and a premium open bar. With our full liquor license, we provide a seamless food and beverage experience, making planning simple and convenient.
For weddings, we also offer in-house wedding planning and day-of coordination to ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. Whether you're hosting an elegant wedding, a corporate conference, an awards banquet, a nonprofit fundraiser, or a private celebration, our experienced team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service from start to finish.

My wedding at Lavan Venue was nothing short of spectacular. The entire space was beautifully remodeled — from the stunning new floors to the upgraded LED screens and the breathtaking garden. Every detail was flawless.
Elvis and Suzana did an impeccable job. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and care exceeded all my expectations. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

A Dream Wedding at Lavan Venue – Absolutely Perfect
The venue itself was stunning, and their MC service kept the energy high while maintaining a perfect flow throughout the night. The audiovisual effects added a magical touch, enhancing the ambiance and making every moment feel cinematic. One of the highlights of the evening was our first dance, made even more breathtaking with sparklers—a picture-perfect moment we will cherish forever!
And the food, catered by Broward Catering, was absolutely phenomenal! Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and, most importantly, delicious. Our guests are still raving about it!

There is no venue like SOHO Catering & Events. State of the Art with Elegance, the room can transform before your very eyes to fit the mood. They are also on top of everything when it comes to your details and ensuring everything runs smooth.
SOHO Catering and Events is truly an amazing venue. Nestled in a fairly bustling community, the entrance is located in the rear of the building. After parking in the ample parking lot, you go up a walkway and enter into a lovely courtyard. The waterfall blocks out any noise from the main street and you feel transformed into an airy oasis with a tropical feel. Upon entering the ballroom, you will be greeted by a room dressed in lacquered white floors and white drapes. The modern elegance with drop down projectors, LED Uplights and black chandeliers announces the room with a bold and elegant style. This venue offers on-premise Kosher catering and alterative off-premise catering options. Though their on-premise caterer is fantastic and one to surely consider! They have delicious food and beautiful presentations. Lastly, but certainly not overlooked, is their phenominal staff who provides great service to your guests.
SOHO Catering is one of the few venues in South Florida that just "understand" how a Wedding or private event is supposed to function. When you first visit the venue, you are amazed by how much time and effort was put into the most intricate details (like their 4 projectors that drop down from the ceiling, or the dozens of LED Uplights that light up the fully-covered white drapes around the room). It's a dream come true for every bride and helps save them thousands of dollars by already including all the extras that normally don't come with a venue. As another vendor (DJs & Entertainment), it is a pleasure working with their incredible staff which accommodates to every need! Highly recommended!
