My wedding at Lavan Venue was nothing short of spectacular. The entire space was beautifully remodeled — from the stunning new floors to the upgraded LED screens and the breathtaking garden. Every detail was flawless.
Elvis and Suzana did an impeccable job. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and care exceeded all my expectations. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

We recently had our wedding at Lavan Venue in Fort Lauderdale, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the very first interaction, their team was incredibly communicative, ensuring every detail was planned to perfection. Their professionalism and punctuality made the entire process seamless, allowing us to truly enjoy our special day without a single worry.

The venue itself was stunning, and their MC service kept the energy high while maintaining a perfect flow throughout the night. The audiovisual effects added a magical touch, enhancing the ambiance and making every moment feel cinematic. One of the highlights of the evening was our first dance, made even more breathtaking with sparklers—a picture-perfect moment we will cherish forever!

And the food, catered by Broward Catering, was absolutely phenomenal! Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and, most importantly, delicious. Our guests are still raving about it!

Elvis and his entire staff assisted us in planning our first Retreat. They were amazing from the star to the finish. Even carved our company logo on a watermelon. Very unique! We will be planning our next event there next year. Highly recommended

We loved using Lavan for our reception! The staff was courteous and very helpful. They have really great packages for the food and lighting service. The day of the event everything looked beautiful and the floor plan was better than what I imagined. Highly recommend this place for any special event, not just a wedding!

Doreen and her staff were wonderful. The venue in itself is so beautiful and elegant that you need to do very little to make a gorgeous affair. The lighting package is worth every penny. The food was wonderful, the event ran smoothly, and they were so professional and accommodating with every request leading up to our wedding. We would absolutely have another event at the venue. We loved everything about it and the people who helped make it happen.

To all of my engaged brides looking for an awesome venue in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area, you have to see this place. Besides the fact that it’s absolutely gorgeous, the team at Lavan’s are so awesome to work with. They make you feel welcome every time you stop by or call, AND their doors are always open. The team constantly invites you to stop by and view different setup styles for inspiration. There has never been a time that I called, or stopped in (I’m there pretty often) that someone wasn’t able to answer any of my questions, despite the fact that I didn’t have an appointment. I never feel rushed, or as if I’m taking up too much of there time. I could go on and on, but I will just say that Lavan’s staff has made the planning process for my big day so smooth thus far!!!!

In one word, wow!!!! I got married on June 16, 2016 in Lavan catering & events and I wouldn't have done it any other way!!! I met amazing people that worked with us from beginning to end with so much patients and so much help. Doreen was our person. She went above and beyond for us and made sure we were more than happy with everything that we chose. Bruce was also very nice and friendly and both provided us with five star costumer service. We were working together for months before the wedding, trying to make it as perfect as possible and it was with Doreen's help and the amazing team at Lavan. The day of the wedding, my husband and I felt like we were on top of the world with the amazing service and the attention we got from the staff at Lavan. They were on top of everything all night and made sure that we wouldn't worry about a thing. We really couldn't ask for a more perfect night. Until today I get compliments on the beautiful clean place, delicious food and excellent service!! People enjoyed themselves and so did we and for that reason, I am hoping to celebrate many of our lifetime events with you guys! Thank you thank you thank you for everything. We love you!!

Almost nine months later, still in absolute awe. We recently got married in September 2015 and had the privilege of having Doreen Moll as our Wedding Coordinator. Everything we envisioned was brought to life. Having Doreen by our side made our wedding plans so much easier. She was always professional, available and attended to our every need. In addition, the food was outstanding. I recently ran into one of my guests and the thing that stood out the most at the event was the food - especially the steak they had! You rarely remember the food you eat at weddings, we are so happy our guests enjoyed everything at the venue - the ambience, the service, and definitely the food.

When we walked into the venue for the first time as husband and wife, we could not believe everything fell into place as we envisioned so perfectly. The wedding program went smoothly because of Doreen's expertise and attention to detail. From the moment I walked into Lavan it took my breath away. Looking at it from the outside can be very deceiving. I had Doreen helping me with all of my planning and preparation. She was with me every step of the way and was able to help me bring my visions to life. The food was fantastic and the lights were phenomenal! Working with Lavan gave me a piece of mind knowing that I was in good hands and every aspect of my wedding would go perfectly.

Kevin and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Doreen at Lavan (formerly SoHo). She was extremely professional and provided quality customer service. When my planner Kimberly and I sat down with Doreen we knew that everything would be AMAZING. Doreen answered all questions and addressed any concerns that we had immediately. There was never a doubt that Lavan was the perfect place to have our wedding. On the day of my wedding Doreen was hands on alongside my planner Kim and assisted in every way that she could. Now I cannot forget how beautiful the ceremony was. Lavan’s atmosphere added a sexy intimate feel to the décor in the room. The amazing lightening made the room sparkle in a shade of pink that we knew couldn’t have been produced by anyone other company. Most importantly, Doreen and the staff at Lavan made us feel a part of their family, and made sure we were taken care of. We have already recommended Lavan to our friends!

The service here is amazing. From start to finish the staff here was very helpful and attentive. I worked with Doreen, she is an absolute sweetheart. My guest love the venue and the food. Beautiful black chandeliers in the ballroom. No carpet and beautiful furniture pieces. If you looking to impress your guest this is definitely the venue!

When I saw this place for the first time, there was no other, it was my one and only choice! From the beginning of my planning, throughout and even on my special day, the staff and services were perfect. All that is included is so worth it, there's nothing like it. My guests are still talking a month later about the ambiance, food, beauty, service and feel of my special day! It was truly beautiful and it couldn't have been a better venue.

We chose Soho for our wedding venue and that was the best thing we have ever done. Bruce our wedding coordinator was excellent he was so professional,organized and caring. He always made us feel at ease through all of our planning. The Soho staff was incredible they were so professional, efficient and friendly to all of our guests. One of the biggest things guest complain about is the food but not in my wedding I have received so many calls to let me know they fell in love with the venue, staff and the food was hot and delicious. Soho is truly such an amazing place! We worked with Bruce, and he is so amazing. He is so attentive to all your needs. He helped make our day so perfect!! The BEST place to have your wedding in Broward County if you want to have a modern, chic, SOHO look. Everyone goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The professionalism is top notch and the FOOD is AMAZING. The venue is gorgeous. I wish I could go back to my wedding date and relive it all.

My daughter's quinceanera took place at SoHo and it was amazing! Doreen, our event coordinator, was always available and made sure our event went without a hitch. I live in New Jersey but had my sons bar mitzvah over Presidents Weeknd in Miami. My husband and I went to see Soho months earlier and the second we walked in knew it was the right venue for us. we worked with Morris totally over the phone and via email to plan all the details. On the day of the event we were floored. Everything far surpassed our expectations! Food and service were amazing!

Bruce was my event planner, and boy did he do an excellent job, from pre planning, to rehearsal, to preparation all the way to him getting me down the aisle.When we first booked Soho we booked with Jill but when she left he took over her accounts and boy did he do an good job. The cocktail hour for my wedding was wonderful, they set up extravagant stations such as sushi, sliders, Japanese ....they pretty much offered everything possible. THe sit Down dinner was amazing, I can't even count how many times people raved about the prime rib and even something as little as the salad dressing. All I have been hearing is wonderful things. My huband, David, & I have lived in South Florida for more than 40 years. When it was time to choose a venue for our daughter, Jazmin's wedding we wanted something with a fresh feeling. Through a series of phone calls, we ended up finding Soho. At the time, it was not yet completed and there had been no events there. Still, we walked in & made an immediate decision. It was spectacular even without the draping & lighting. And our reception Saturday night was spectacular. Our friends & family were stunned. The room was so beautiful & every detail was perfect. Great food, great service, great party.

My wedding was AMAZING! From the food to the total ambiance of the venue when you entered the door the day of my wedding; simply AMAZING! My family and friends were blown away! They were very flexible and catering to our needs. The food was delicious and tasted just as good as when we tasted it in the tasting. Doreen and Bruce were so professional and personable. If I have any further events, hands down I will be utilizing soho again.

Lavan was a great choice for me to host my wedding ceremony and reception. Pulling in from outside you are perhaps taking back due to the location but once your inside the building you are floored how beautiful it is "And who's using the outside to get married anyway" They offered both what I wanted to accomplish outside in a garden and inside for a modern, romantic party experience. Working with Bruce was great he was calm, friendly and knows a thing or two about weddings. As the days leading up to my event, my wedding consult Bruce was changed to Doreen which was a bit alarming to me because I spent the past 9 months dealing with him and now with the change I was worried my vision was not going to be executed the way I planned. Doreen was very friendly and organized she went over all plans with me and we confirmed everything. The night was amazing. There was 2 minor bumps one with my layout, and the timing, but nothing I wanted to concentrate on since my guest had no idea. The food, desert, and coffee stations was excellent. My guest had plenty to choose from and the staff was great. All very friendly and accommodating. I would say Doreen pulled it off and the night was amazing. I would highly recommend Lavan.

I am so happy I did my events at Lavan. I met with the staff several times to plan my Henna/ Sangeet night and it came out amazing. The only issue I had was they weren't as flexible as I hoped when it came to the tent for outside. I worked with my decorator and because it was going to rain we had to get a tenting service the night before. The issue was they wanted the tent off the property the same night once the event ended. This was extremely difficult because most vendors couldn't set up and break down the same night. Therefore I ended up paying more because Lavan wouldn't wait until 8 am the next day. Other than that, I had no issues and loved there lighting system/ projector. My party was so much fun and it gave an amazing ambiance. The staff and managers were also great to work with, they were flexbile with me bringing my dog as well.

Doreen was a pleasure to work with. She's nice, sweet and helps as much as she could. Really enjoyed working with her.

Jill is very knowledgable in event planning. It was a pleasure to work with her and she was very quick to respond to our requests. The venue is very nice and the staff was very good. The owner of the venue should sit back and let Jill handle the affairs at the event and it will run much better. I paid for alcohol at my event and they ran out of alcohol that night. If you are not holding a Jewish event at the establishment then the kitchen if off limits for your use. This is a drawback from other establishments as it can get costly to rent outside kitchen equipment.
