Vista Lago Ballroom is an elegant, waterfront wedding venue located in Miami, Florida. This stand-alone ballroom was designed exclusively for social and corporate events. Couples and their guests will be amazed by their 24-foot-tall ceilings, five exquisite crystal chandeliers, and gorgeous wood floors. Vista Lago Ballroom is happy to host your engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception on their breathtaking property.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 250 guests at this lakefront ballroom. You can say your “I do’s” outdoors with their beautiful, Hidden Lake as your backdrop. You can continue your celebration under the stars surrounded by a tropical garden and a 20-foot-high, illuminated fountain. If you prefer an indoor affair, their spacious ballroom features natural lighting, spectacular views of the lake, and plenty of space for a dance floor. Either way, you'll be sure to have a Miami-style ambience at this unforgettable venue.

The onsite team will make it their goal is to bring your unique vision to life, while making your planning process stress-free. Their all-inclusive wedding package includes Chiavari chairs, linens, and tables, along with setup and cleanup services. Each couple will also enjoy butler-passed hors d'oeuvres, attentive bar service, a champagne toast, and their choice of a sit-down meal or an elegant buffet. Vista Lago Ballroom was a a beautiful venue that had everything I was looking for my wedding. From the first meeting with owners Raquel and Jose to our coordinator Caitlin working with me throughout the whole process. August 22,2026 was a night to remember. Decoration, food, Communication which was super important to me, it was all worth it. Til this day we are still getting calls and messages on how beautiful everything was and the food.
Most of all I need to give a huge shoutout to Caitlin, because that night she was on top of everything, our needs and especially if she saw a drama with a family member she was super quick to get us out of it in a very discreet way. She made my whole night a night to remember and super smooth from start to finish.
We are looking into having our daughters quinces in 2 years there as well.
Yes, a lot of people may have pros and cons about this venue but let me tell you everyone’s needs are all totally different. So on my husband’s and my behalf we so recommend this venue 100%.

We had the most beautiful wedding at Vista Lago, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue for such an important day. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding. Our guests loved the space, and everything came together beautifully on our special day.
I do want to mention that communication was sometimes a little difficult, particularly between April and June, whether through text, email, or phone. I don’t necessarily consider this a bad thing, as I completely understand that Vista Lago has multiple events and couples to coordinate, and I’m sure there were other weddings taking place before ours. This is simply something I noticed based on my own planning style. I’m the type of person who likes to ask questions and have things confirmed well in advance so that there is no rushing or last-minute stress as the wedding date approaches.
Thankfully, as our August 28th wedding got closer, communication and responsiveness improved, and we really appreciated that. Once our wedding day arrived, everything came together beautifully, and we were very happy with the overall experience.
We are so grateful that we chose Vista Lago to celebrate such an important moment in our lives. The venue was beautiful, our day was memorable, and we were able to create memories that we will cherish forever.
Overall, we would recommend Vista Lago to other couples. Our experience was positive, and with a little more consistency in communication throughout the planning process, I think the experience could be even better.

Jose, Raquel, & Caitlin are a dream team with so much love and dedication to their craft and beautiful venue. They are devoted to love and it is evident in their demeanor and in the way they help carry out your dreams. They make you feel like family and truly want you to have the most perfect day. They did the most spectacular job ever for my sister & brother-in-law's wedding! ALSO, the food omgggg, the literal best ever!! We all good not get enough of it! SAY YES to the tres leches! Better than expected, truly amazing.
Vista Lago was absolutely incredible—truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The owners were amazing from start to finish. They answered every call, never once showed any frustration, and were always patient and kind, even though I made countless changes throughout the process. One day I would want one thing, and the next day something completely different—and they always responded with positivity and great recommendations.
They are extremely professional and clearly know what they’re doing. Every vendor we worked with spoke so highly of the venue owners, which says a lot. They are deeply involved in every detail and truly care about making everything perfect.
Their wedding planner was also excellent—organized, attentive, and a pleasure to work with.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, even better than I expected. The venue was absolutely beautiful, and everything turned out perfectly. I highly recommend them—don’t even hesitate, just book them!

Great Wedding Venue
Emily and I had our wedding there on July 11th, 2025. The venue was great and very accommodating. The food was delicious and they kept our timeline on schedule. Jose was very nice and was available if we had any questions. The day of coordinated was very helpful through our wedding and made sure everything went well. Thank you Vista Lago!
