Vista Lago Ballroom is an elegant, waterfront wedding venue located in Miami, Florida. This stand-alone ballroom was designed exclusively for social and corporate events. Couples and their guests will be amazed by their 24-foot-tall ceilings, five exquisite crystal chandeliers, and gorgeous wood floors. Vista Lago Ballroom is happy to host your engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception on their breathtaking property.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 250 guests at this lakefront ballroom. You can say your “I do’s” outdoors with their beautiful, Hidden Lake as your backdrop. You can continue your celebration under the stars surrounded by a tropical garden and a 20-foot-high, illuminated fountain. If you prefer an indoor affair, their spacious ballroom features natural lighting, spectacular views of the lake, and plenty of space for a dance floor. Either way, you'll be sure to have a Miami-style ambience at this unforgettable venue.
Services Offered
The onsite team will make it their goal is to bring your unique vision to life, while making your planning process stress-free. Their all-inclusive wedding package includes Chiavari chairs, linens, and tables, along with setup and cleanup services. Each couple will also enjoy butler-passed hors d'oeuvres, attentive bar service, a champagne toast, and their choice of a sit-down meal or an elegant buffet. You’ll also have an event coordinator to oversee everything. Additional services include, but are not limited to:

Great venue for our dream wedding
The setting was absolutely stunning, with elegant indoor spaces. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how magical the atmosphere was! The venue’s attention to detail, from the decor to the coordination, truly made our day unforgettable. The girls were always so welcoming when I had to stop by the venue to make a payment or to answer some questions, and the venue transformed into our dream wedding space on the day of our wedding!
What stood out most was the exceptional service. Veronica and the staff were incredibly professional, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our wedding perfect. They anticipated our every need and worked tirelessly behind the scenes, allowing us to fully enjoy the day.
If you’re looking for a venue that combines stunning aesthetics with outstanding service, Vista lago ballroom is the one. It made our wedding dreams come true, and we’re forever grateful for the memories we’ll cherish for a lifetime!
The best EVER
You have the ceremony, cocktail and reception all in one location. Not only is it great for weddings, but it is also great for baby showers, 15’s, birthdays and a lot of other fun events. It has high ceilings with beautiful chandeliers. It’s a gorgeous venue and the best value you will find in Miami.
If you are anything like me and very indecisive and anxious, Vista Lago is the place to hold your wedding at. We are both incredibly happy we chose this venue and will be choosing this venue for future celebrations. They also gave us the left overs. We couldn’t eat on our wedding because of our nerves but we were able to enjoy the food the day after and everyone was right it was sooo good
Incredible venue!
The food was delicious, staff were so incredibly kind and Shantal was so sweet, patient and helped set up the venue / decor exactly how I wanted it! They are also great with communications - always respond so fast to all questions. Overall had a fantastic experience and would recommend to anyone!
