Best Wedding Venue Ever!

Our wedding at Vista Lago Ballroom was honestly more perfect than we could have imagined. We were actually one of those couples who originally planned to elope because we were worried a wedding would be overwhelming, stressful, and filled with hidden costs. Looking back now, choosing Vista Lago was one of the best decisions we made because they made the entire process feel so easy, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable from beginning to end.

One of the biggest highlights was having a day-of coordinator INCLUDED in the package. Since she works directly with the venue, she knew absolutely everything top to bottom — the timeline, vendors, setup, flow of the evening, and every behind-the-scenes detail. We never had to answer questions, solve problems, or stress about what came next because she already had everything handled before we even thought about it. We truly got to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day.

The staff also went above and beyond all night long. They continuously brought us hors d’oeuvres, drinks, dinner, and cake so we actually got to enjoy all the amazing food during the wedding. At the end of the night, they carefully packaged all of our leftovers and even saved the top of our cake for us before we left. Those thoughtful details meant so much to us.

The venue was beautiful, the service was incredible, the pricing was fair, and there were no surprise fees or last-minute issues. Everything was transparent, organized, and handled with so much care. We felt so taken care of throughout the entire experience and are beyond grateful to the Vista Lago team for giving us such an unforgettable wedding day ❤️

Better than expected, truly amazing.

Vista Lago was absolutely incredible—truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The owners were amazing from start to finish. They answered every call, never once showed any frustration, and were always patient and kind, even though I made countless changes throughout the process. One day I would want one thing, and the next day something completely different—and they always responded with positivity and great recommendations.

They are extremely professional and clearly know what they’re doing. Every vendor we worked with spoke so highly of the venue owners, which says a lot. They are deeply involved in every detail and truly care about making everything perfect.

Their wedding planner was also excellent—organized, attentive, and a pleasure to work with.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, even better than I expected. The venue was absolutely beautiful, and everything turned out perfectly. I highly recommend them—don’t even hesitate, just book them!

Great Wedding Venue

Emily and I had our wedding there on July 11th, 2025. The venue was great and very accommodating. The food was delicious and they kept our timeline on schedule. Wedding Venue

Vista Lago Ballroom was the best decision we made when looking for a venue for our special day. They provided flexibility with all our personal matters that occurred throughout the time of wedding planning. They provided great recommendations for vendors that price very fair in today’s time. Great venue for our dream wedding

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding! From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were blown away by its beauty and charm. The Vista Lago team went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and stress-free.

The setting was absolutely stunning, with elegant indoor spaces. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how magical the atmosphere was! The venue’s attention to detail, from the decor to the coordination, truly made our day unforgettable. The girls were always so welcoming when I had to stop by the venue to make a payment or to answer some questions, and the venue transformed into our dream wedding space on the day of our wedding!

The best EVER

My husband and I had our wedding here Nov. 2024. Everything from the food, to the service, location, parking literally everything was perfect. I am being completely honest when I say I have no complaints. The evening went so smoothly thanks to the team at Vista Lago. They were constantly checking on my husband and I throughout our wedding. One of the most important details to me was the food and the food here was incredible. Everyone was raving about how great everything tasted.

You have the ceremony, cocktail and reception all in one location. Not only is it great for weddings, but it is also great for baby showers, 15’s, birthdays and a lot of other fun events. It has high ceilings with beautiful chandeliers. It’s a gorgeous venue and the best value you will find in Miami.

If you are anything like me and very indecisive and anxious, Vista Lago is the place to hold your wedding at. We are both incredibly happy we chose this venue and will be choosing this venue for future celebrations. They also gave us the left overs. We couldn’t eat on our wedding because of our nerves but we were able to enjoy the food the day after and everyone was right it was sooo good

Incredible venue!

We had the privilege of having our wedding (ceremony & reception) at Vista Lago Ballrooms! After attending a wedding there earlier this year, we didn’t tour any other venues in Miami and booked right away. We didn’t want to have a wedding because they are so expensive and add up so quickly but Vista Lago has everything you need to have a classic wedding without breaking the bank - you cannot beat it!

The food was delicious, staff were so incredibly kind and Shantal was so sweet, patient and helped set up the venue / decor exactly how I wanted it! They are also great with communications - always respond so fast to all questions. Overall had a fantastic experience and would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful experience

Vista Lago was one of the places I saw on the internet while looking for a venue for my wedding, and when I saw it I fell in love with it. My partner and I decided to go, it was the first venue we visited and when we went we fell in love with the place much more. The attention was special from the first moment. The owners of the place were very kind as well as all the team members. They were always ready to help, to answer our questions and give us solutions. They took care of every detail of the wedding. and they met our expectations. The wedding planner was on top of everything and was very helpful. Our twin daughters sweet 16 was amazing. I can not give this business ten stars so five will have to do. To begin with, the professionalism shown as well as the attention to detail surpasses any expectation I may have had of good service. The food was ten stars. The cakes by Edda were ten stars. The flowers by Gladys Flowers were gorgeous and deserve ten stars. The staff was ten stars. This service was exemplary and I will definitely be calling them again. It has been my honor to work with the entire team. Raquel knew what we wanted before we even knew and she executed the plan with a sophisticated touch like no other. We could not be more pleased.

It was a dream come true with no stress

The best place to make your dreams come true. I had no worries because they made me feel so comfortable since the first day we met. RJ is the best. She makes sure that everything is ok, makes sure that the bride and groom has something to eat or drink, I was a little bit uncomfortable with my dress and she made sure she help me fix the problem so that I could enjoy my night. Amazing Venue

Vista Lago is amazing. I got married this weekend on May 13, 2022, and immediately had to write a review. The entire staff and crew were the best. We started planning our wedding last year with Vista Lago and everything came out perfectly!!! Jose and Raquel are the sweetest. RJ was incredibly fast and responsive. Veronica was so good at maintaining the entire wedding on schedule and such a sweetheart. I also have to give a big shout-out to Rob the DJ. Every guest kept saying how much fun they had because he definitely brought that MIAMI HEAT! Request him if you can. The cook also killed it by serving up such delicious food. The waiters and bartenders were so attentive and nice. I have nothing but love for this venue and if you can I definitely recommend it! Have your wedding here and you will NOT be disappointed. Thanks, Vista Lago for everything. You made the wedding of our dreams come true.

Absolutely amazing

Our wedding was such a magical and spectacular day thanks to the amazing team at Vista Lago Ballroom. Everything was absolutely beautiful and so detail oriented. From the moment we booked Raquel and Jose made us feel like family. People always talk about how stressful planning a wedding can be but because we booked the all inclusive wedding package with Vista Lago everything was so smooth and as a bride I felt supported in the planning process. A huge thank you to Raquel, Jose, and RJ for answering all my questions throughout the planning process.

The day of the wedding, RJ really took care of my husband and I ensuring that we ate and checking in on us. The ceremony was so special and so beautiful on the lake. The actual ballroom is gorgeous as well, plenty of space for dancing and having fun. The cocktail hour under the bistro lights added such an exquisite touch. We had churrasco and mash potatoes as our meal and it was delicious!!!! The service was amazing. Roly the DJ was AMAZING!!! We literally danced all night long! All of our guests can’t stop talking about how much fun they had at our wedding and how beautiful it was.

I wish I could relive that day every day and it was all made possible by the amazing team at Vista Lago Ballroom. From the bottom of our hearts thank you so much for EVERYTHING. I would 10000% recommend to everyone!

If you are thinking about booking an event with Vista Lago Ballroom… DO IT! Raquel, Jose and the entire staff were absolutely amazing!!!! My husband and I just got married here on September 3, 2021. We traveled from Indiana to Miami to get married! We have nothing but amazing things to say. If we could get remarried over and over again here, we absolutely would. They were so efficient and made sure everything went smooth for our big day. It was literally a dream come true. Amazing venue. Amazing food. Amazing staff. Amazing drinks! Everything! Worth the wait

With three date changes within the last year, our night was truly magical. From the very beginning, the process was smooth, the staff was very friendly made you feel like family. This place was amazingly beautiful! I don’t regret having my wedding here at Vista Lago ballroom! Stunning Ballroom & Great Service

Vista Lago is a beautiful venue both inside and outside. It was a stunning location we chose for our wedding. Raquel was on every detail and made sure that every request was just as we asked. Any detail that we missed, she was on top of it to make nothing was missed. Day of the wedding, the entire Vista Lago team ensured I was happy with every detail at the venue. The music was perfect, the lighting, the food, etc. Everything ran so smooth. As funny as it may sound, They made sure we were hydrated with drinks we wanted and that we got to eat! From the moment we met Raquel and Jose we knew we were in the right place! They took the time to explain every detail of what Vista Lago would offer us if we chose them for our wedding. Having previously been guests there at one of our best friend’s wedding, we knew the quality was top notch. That helped us make the decision to book with them for our big day. Honestly, it’s the best all-inclusive event location in Miami. What you get for what you pay is beyond what you would expect.
In the 6 months between our booking and the wedding day, Raquel was available to answer every single question I had (which, when planning a wedding mid-pandemic ends up being many more questions than normal). She was patient and helpful every step of the way, always cheerful and friendly. On the day, they took care of EVERYTHING. Every single piece of decor, every detail, was arranged exactly how we had asked for it to be.
As soon as our ceremony ended, we were asked what we wanted to drink, they made sure to have a plate with the food our guests were enjoying during the cocktail hour to make sure we didn’t miss out, they bustled my dress, went over our music selections to make sure when we entered the reception the rest of the night would be just as perfect.
The food is delicious! Several guests commented afterwards how much they loved it. The music was awesome...they listened to what we asked for and delivered 100% of it. We were so happy on our wedding day and love that we get to reminisce on how wonderful it was thanks to everyone at Vista Lago! Can’t recommend it enough!

Fairytale Wedding

From the moment we visited Vista Lago Ballroom as a potential venue for our wedding, Raquel greeted us with kindness, she was very attentive, and she made it easy to make our decision. Raquel and her team are well organized, and I never felt uncomfortable reaching out, as they were more than happy to respond to me each time. If all wedding coordinators modeled their style, all brides and grooms would have a much seamlessly time planning their weddings. Our wedding was 01/01/2021 and everything was stunning and perfect. Everything looked more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Our vision came to life and it was a dream come true. We are in love with all our wedding details and wish to do it all over again. We truly want to thank Raquel, Samantha, Roly, and the entire Vista Lago Ballroom team for making our wedding planning experience stress free. Samantha was helpful and kind, she was always making sure my husband and I had everything we needed and she was with us every step of the way. They coordinated absolutely everything flawlessly and it was spectacular. The food and service was amazing. They are beyond incredible. They went above and beyond at every opportunity. Got my dream wedding

If I could put more than 5 stars I would! My wedding was on March 14, 2020. Everything was beyond perfect. I got every detail that I wanted. The venue package was perfect because it allowed me to stay stress free while planning since they provided so much toward my day. Laydis was by my side every step of the way and honestly gave me my dream wedding. I recommend 100 times over. This venue will not disappoint!

Perfect is the only way to summarize this vendor!

Let me start off by saying that the moment Cecilia picked up my wedding dress train and cathedral veil as I walked around my heart stopped, I wanted to hug her and keep her forever! (I personally have never worn a wedding dress or veil and was unaware how heavy they can feel as time goes by lol). The attention you receive your wedding day is beyond perfect from EVERY single person working there. For our wedding day they went above and beyond including minor decoration details that I had not even expected! Little details that made everything look so beautiful and perfect and I was so grateful for them doing things like that! Everything is taken care of the day of, they know what they’re doing and will solve any problems that could happen. Roly, the DJ, was amazing. The music was perfect and exactly what we wanted to keep our Hispanic families on their feet. Now, THE FOOD!! I had several guest who work in the hospitality industry who were so surprised and amazed at how good the food was! The food was delicious and cooked perfectly, I was told by MANY guest that they really enjoyed the food. I also want to add that I am not a cake person but the following day I had the cake and have not been able to stop eating it. Raquel, Cecilia, Leydis, Roly, Jose, and the rest of the entire team THANK YOU for all that you do and did to make our wedding day perfect! We are so thankful on how everything turned out. For any future bride and groom considering this place, we highly recommend them! Their prices are very reasonable for such amazing service and all inclusive package you receive. Our Wedding

My wife and I celebrated our marriage on 2/1/2020 at Vista Lago Ballroom and it was amazing! We were not able to do our ceremony lakeside as planned due to rain but luckily VLB has a plan B and everything still came out exactly how we imagined. The food was so tasty and Leydis our coordinator, did such an amazing job at ensuring every detail was exactly how we wanted. My wife and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! DJ Roly was great..he went over all our music choices and kept everyone dancing! Everyone we worked with at VLB was very attentive the whole night! Loved that so many things were included in our package and we didn’t have to worry about finding outside vendors. Our best night ever, definitely recommend this venue to family and friends!!

Jose, Raquel, Ceci and Leidys were always available each step of the way ensuring any questions were answered no matter how many times we asked. This team exudes such professionalism at all times. We appreciate all the hard work as the staff at Vista Lago Ballroom made everything seem effortless.

From the beginning we wanted our ceremony to take place outside. Mother Nature had other plans and it rained non-stop. Raquel and Ceci reached out asking where to place the arch and I went with my gut and recommended it be placed outside. I was clear if it rained, the ceremony would be moved inside. Upon arrival Ceci and Raquel told me the weather cooperated and we were ready to move the wedding outside in the cemented area since the grass area was damp. I had no problem with that compromise and the ceremony took place which is what we had envisioned.

We want to take a moment to thank Ceci for taking care of business.
She ensured everything flowed without a hitch. We thank her for making sure our small wedding court knew where the needed to go, that James and I ate after the ceremony, she helped me with my wedding bustle within 5 seconds. Just exceptional! Ceci always had a smile on her face and was an absolute delight. All the positive things that can be said of her, it all applies. Ceci you made this date the absolute best. We loved the layout of the gift table, the welcome poster, everything.

Our guests cannot stop raving about the food/ceremony bites, bar area, location, ease of parking, ceremony/reception layout. Everything was top notch.

DJ Roly was on it with the music and accommodated all of our needs! Our guests danced the night away. DJ Roly is a true master in his craft. We also recommend using Florida booth for your photo booth needs. Because it was Christmas time we had Xmas and wedding props. Our guests loved the Grinch and reindeer masks and that they could keep prints. We can't wait to see the cloud version.

In conclusion, Vista Lago went above and beyond for our wedding. Thank you for making this day a success!!!

Amazing venue, service, staff. Its easier to say that there wasnt anything i didnt think was great. I didnt have any complaints. For the price and what you get in the package, im sure Vista Lago is creating some stiff competition for other popular wedding venues. 100 person package, food, cake, flowers, dj, and ofcourse open bar included. Very affordable! Event planner Leydis was extremely professional and knew her stuff!

Best Wedding Venue!

Vista Lago Ballroom is a great venue to host a wedding ceremony and reception. Their all inclusive packages make it so easy to plan without missing a thing. The patio area where the ceremony is held is beautiful with a Lakeview. The reception area is very spacious and was decorated exactly how we pictured it. I had Ceci & Leydis only a text or call away with any questions or concerns from the moment I booked. Ceci & Raquel actually worked the night of my actual wedding and they made sure everything went exactly as planned so that lifted a weight off my shoulders. I am forever grateful to Raquel and Jose for everything they did for my wedding, from Jose putting together a package that fit our needs to Raquel helping keep my veil in place, LOL, it was a windy day in September! When it comes to hospitality, the staff at this venue really go all out for their clients and that is something I will never forget. The food was amazing, the DJ was great, the bartender worked her butt off, I honestly cannot find a single bad thing to say. I had an amazing experience and I will definitely recommend to my friends!

Our dream wedding

Just had our wedding here. It was more than we could ever imagine for our wedding. Vista Lago went above and beyond expectation. The venue is beautiful. An unbeatable view of the lake with a fountain. Plus all of the palm trees make it a perfect place for photo ops. The inside was gorgeous. The high ceilings and wood floors make the place look so classy. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have a perfect wedding. Wedding 6/14/19

We had our wedding here last month and everything came out perfect. Since day one Leydis was always there to answer our questions. She also made sure that everything was well planned for the day of the wedding. Ceci was amazing , she was with us throughout the wedding and made sure we were taken care of throughout the whole night. She also organized everyone for the ceremony and party entrance making sure everyone was good and in their place. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in on the wedding day. Jose asked me if I liked everything if I wanted to change something. However everything was already perfect. I will forever be thankful for the staff at Vista Lago Ballroom for making my wedding day amazing.

Best Venue!

Our wedding was amazing. Our theme was not a regular theme by any means. Compared to all the other weddings I would see on their instagram, I was a bit nervous. But it was everything I could of hoped for. The service was amazing, the food is still craved by my guests, the music was exactly what we wanted. Best DJ ever! He even accommodated my weird music choice. I wanted a simple but fun wedding. They made my dreams come true. An extreme thank you to Leydis for everything she did to make my wedding perfect. A Great Venue for a Wedding

We held our daughter Chelsea’s wedding and reception at Vista Lago Ballroom on April 19. I can only compliment the management and staff of the Ballroom for the wonderful, professionally and smoothly run affair they created for Chelsea and our family. Everything ran right on schedule, but the staff have a way of making everyone feel comfortable, relaxed and at home without any of the rush and hassle we’ve experienced at other facilities. You can attribute that to their level of preparedness. They arranged everything - the food, music and party games, and happily accommodated a few surprises we arranged for the bride, groom and guests. We didn’t really have to lift a finger or put out any fires. The food was very, very good and I think it’s more than fair to say our guests had a great time. I should also add the pricing here was excellent, easily to the low side of the quotes we received. This proved especially impressive in lieu of the quality of the reception they provided for us. We’re completely out of daughters but if we had any more of them to marry off, we’d gladly recommend they check this wonderful place out first.

Wedding of our Dreams

Vista Lago is a hidden treasure! We can’t thank Jose, Raquel, Cecilia, & Leydis enough for all their hard word! The entire staff is absolutely phenomenal, the food is amazing, it’s hot, delicious, and there’s something for everyone. When I arrived at the venue the afternoon of our wedding and I walked in the ballroom for the first time my my heart skipped a beat, all my dreams, planning, hard work, and ideas they had put together right before my eyes! When you drop of your decorations you think and wonder will they get it right ? The answer is YES THEY WILL! Cecilia was amazing she made sure I was taken care of from the minute I arrived until the minute we left. I called so many times throughout this process they were so patient, kind, caring, and managed all my concerns. Vista lago ballroom should be your one and only choice!

When looking for my wedding venue, I was very decided on not wanting a wedding in a ballroom, I wanted an outside wedding. I looked at 3 different outside venues with different prices. I was having a big wedding with a low budget which began to be impossible to make it happen. I was recommended Vista Lago ballroom by a family member, I wasn’t sure if to go see it because it was a ballroom which was not my first choice. As I walked in to the ballroom and saw the drapped chandeliers, the view of the lake and the greeting by Cecilia and Leydis, I knew I had found my wedding venue. Not only is the ballroom breathtakingly gorgeous, and the people so willing to make your day perfect, but they have the best prices in all of Miami. When I say best prices I don’t mean cheap prices for a cheap wedding, I mean reasonable pricing for an amazing wedding! With the help of Leydis, Cecilia and Raquel, my day couldn’t have been more perfect. I will forever be thankful to them for making the most important day of my life as smooth and worry less as possible. Cecilia was tiying my shoes throughout the whole night, while Leydis was making sure my husband and I were eating and anything we needed we just looked up and they were there. And let’s not forget DJ roly that played the exact music I wanted to hear on my wedding and kept the party going for the whole night! Thank you guys so much for everything! Had our wedding there 11-08-18 and I cant say enough good things about Vista Lago!
They were amazing ! Everything was done the right way and really went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smooth!

Amazing night!

I would never recommend any other venue. The staff at Vista Lago will make sure your event is the most amazing event of your life. I am beyond grateful to all the staff. Specially, Raquel, Ceci, Roly, and Jose. My weeding on 9/1/18 was the best day of our lives. The food, the music, the decorations, the attention to detail was more than I could have asked for. From the moment I got to the venue, Raquel and Ceci made sure my guest and I had everything we needed. They made sure the groom and I ate, kept us hydrated, held my veil for the pictures, fixed my dress when needed, applied lipstick on me several times, and even went to the bathroom with me a few times. I am so thankful for their generosity. After the wedding my guest told us how great the staff was and what a phenomenal time they had. Words cannot describe how special this day was for us, and it was all because of the staff. They made us feel like family. 5 stars is not enough for the amount of work they put in to make our wedding special. There is no way i could ever recommend any other venue.

Vista Lago Ballroom was AMAZING!!!! I had such a beautiful wedding thanks to you! Leydis & Roly were absolutely amazing the day of my wedding they had a PLAN B all planned after my ceremony got invaded by Miami Bipolar weather ! It started pouring as soon as I got to the alter, but you know what that means, good luck right?! They calmed me down after I was super nervous having a breakdown because I felt like my wedding was ruined of course how any bride would feel. But they made me feel like it was going to be OK and it was!! My wedding was so amazing! Food was delicious and the service was great! DJ Roly played great music the whole night! The photo booth was so much fun! Now how can I forget Raquel and Jose, they were absolutely amazing humbled people. ANGELS! They understood me and supported me when I went through a difficult time that caused me to reschedule my wedding date. This meant so much to me, they were very sympathetic and that meant a lot. Thank you so much for everything, my husband and I were so pleased to have picked you as our venue. Thank you!!!!!

On May 26, 2018 we had our wedding reception there. All I can saw was it was such an amazing experience. We had a package that included some things as food, cake, linens and dj service. Everything came out perfect. The food was great the set up for our tables beautiful . The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Roly our dj was great the music kept the party going. I honestly recommend you check this place out for your wedding, baby shower or next event.

Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have chosen Vista Lago as the venue for my wedding day! I had never seen such professionalism, attention to detail and the organization that Vista Lago executed on my wedding day! Leydis (coordinator) was amazing not to mention Darlene. If I would ask for something, two seconds later, it would in front of my face! I was so speechless and couldn't believe how they catered to me, to all my family and friends! My family always tend to be more on the critique side of things and they had nothing but good things to say! Everyone in my family doesn't stop talking about how perfect and smooth the wedding was! Organization was on point! Imagine, the owners are directly involved and of course they want the best for their place, unlike venue's that are just staffed taking care of things! Plus, these people are seriously wedding Guru's! It's what they've been doing forever (said by other people, I met in the industry along the way)! Need help, direction, anything and they're always available to help you! The attention at Vista, is nothing like the places I went to when I was shopping around for my venue, including the Gables and just a few "not" to mention! I am forever grateful!!!!! And LEYDIS has that vision..... She knows what you want and how you want it as a BRIDE! Never got annoyed or bothered! She was incredible NO PLANNER NEEDED HERE!!! Bottom line.... Their mechanism is flawless and detailed to the tee!!!!

The Vista Lago exceeded our expectations! A destination brides dream venue, so easygoing and simple. We only had to visit Florida one time!!!! And were from NY!!!Their packages are so accommodating and inclusive not, messy and expensive.

The wedding owners Jose and Raquel Salcedo are absolutely amazing people!!! They treat you like family from the minute you walk thru the doors. Raquel was always available to talk to and get in touch with at anytime. She is an angel and has patience like one. She was so extremely helpful in the process of my wedding I really couldn't have done it without her.
They helped personalized my wedding as if I did it myself.

We couldn’t have dreamed up a better setting, better menu, better venue or more pleasant people to work with.The scenery, the service, the DJ…everything! We have gotten so many compliments from everyone on everything!

All the vendors they recommended were also amazing and professional. We wish we could do it all over again!!
My wedding was like a fairytale here. Everything was so gorgeous and perfect in every way.
The ceremony is right by the lake giving a fabulous view. All the palm trees is really what sold us as well.

A very special thank-you to Cecilia (wedding coordinator) who was so amazing and cool!! And the wonderful DJ who had everyone dancing and laughing all night!!!

The venue on the lake is beautiful, but the staff made the evening very special.

Absolutely amazing!! My daughter’s sweet 16’s was last night at Vista Lago and I couldn’t wait to share our unforgettable experience. The venue was a dream come true and the service was exceptional. The owners personally greeted us when we arrived and brought us into the venue with our eyes closed to surprise us. The DJ was awesome. The food was great, all the waiters went out of their way to provide excellent service. The event coordinator, Leydiss, was amazing...she walked os through the whole process so kindly, she made me feel like I’v Known her my entire life. I have been receiving messages all day from my guests telling me what an unforgettable night they had. Cant wait for my step-son and his girlfriend to get married, there will be no need to shop around for a venue, I already found the best most beautiful one.
Thank you Jose, Raquel & Leydiss, keep up the amazing work.

My husband and I were married on Sunday, February 25th at Vista Lago Ballroom and I cannot express in words what an amazing experience we both had! The ballroom is elegant, spacious, clean, plenty of parking for your guests and conveniently located. Everything was taken care of for us like a well oiled machine. This venue is a one-stop-shop and if you are thinking of where to have your wedding, look no further. The whole staff at Vista Lago ballroom were exceptional and we were treated like family. Jose, Raquel, Cecilia, Leydis and Roly...thank you from the bottom of my hearts for making our wedding dreams come true. When I arrived at the venue and Leydis walked my son and I into the ballroom for the first time, I was blown away! It was gorgeous and my vision was brought to life! Leydis, thank you for your patience, professionalism, caring words, and for making me feel at ease and stress free. You were my angel that day. You kept us on schedule and we were able to enjoy our wedding day. The food was delicious and all of my guests raved about one of my favorite sides...the creamy garlic mashed potatoes! Hmmmmm! Amazing is the only word that comes to mind. Thank you to the chef for putting together a delicious meal. DJ Roly was fantastic! He played every single song on our list and he had our guests dancing all night long! The bartenders were fantastic...when my husband would come to the bar, they knew exactly what he wanted and had his drink ready for him. All my guests raved about the food, the customer service, how beautiful the venue is, the music...I can keep going on and on but you will have to experience this for yourself. Give them a call and you will not be disappointed.

Magical! The venue, the staff, the DJ, the chef, the flowers, the cake everything was what we dreamed of and more! Vista Lago Ballroom is exceptional! We visited many places in Miami and none compared to the value we found @ Vista Lago Ballroom. Everyone there treated us like family; Leydis, Raquel, Jose, Ceci, Roly are all top notch!! My husband and I recently married at Vista Lago Ballroom. Everyone was absolutely amazing. We wouldn't change anything about the process. They worked with our work schedules and were flexible as well as reasonable prices. Everyone on the entire staff and management were amazing and knowledgeable. Let me begin by saying that I RARELY write reviews but I was so impressed with Vista Lago Ballroom and how they went above and beyond my expectations for my wedding on 12/08/17. I was an OCD bride and an avid Pinterest addict! Not only did Leydis and Cecilia exert the utmost patience, professionalism and understanding of how important my vision was but on the day of I was on cloud 9 with how everything was just perfect! I was late and rushing and was overall, a ball of nerves but Leydis greeting me at the car and she calmed me down which was totally unexpected and such a relief! She then took her time to escort me (with eyes closed) into the empty ballroom and made sure I was pleased with every single detail! Vista Lago are true professionals and they really enjoy what they do and it shines through on your special day as they surpass your every expectation! Roly (the DJ) was so attentive and kept the guests entertained and wanted to make sure he got everything we wanted to hear exactly as we wrote and searched endlessly for anything that wasn’t so popular! The owner, Jose and his wife, Raquel are very involved in the process and were such a pleasure to deal with and were very attentive to whatever we asked of them (they are great people overall and made us feel so comfortable during the process and even the day of while we were wisked away into a room while guests were taken into the ballroom). The schedule was on point and everyone was on the same page and new exactly what they were supposed to be doing like a well oiled machine! Oh and the food!!! I still have guests raving about it! So many people said how usually “catering” is not expected to be great at weddings/special events but everything on their plates were cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious! (I had chicken Marsala and churrasco with garlic mashed potatoes and plantains). I can’t say enough about the entire team and the actual location being absolutely breathtaking! They will not disappoint!

I normally don't take the time out to write reviews for anyone, unfortunately but Vista Lago Ballroom and their whole staff were impeccable! Communication wise, they were always attentive when I did have questions. There were no hidden fees or surprises! The food was amazing and the DJ knew exactly how to host and what music to play! Our wedding was this Sunday that just passed, 12/17/17, and we loved it and had a great time!!!! Our guests were amazed at how beautiful everything was! The vendors they work with were also amazing from EddasCakes to the flower vendor GladysFlowers! Thank you so much you made our special day that much more special!!!!

Vista Lago Ballroom delivered the wedding of my dreams. The entire team was very respectful of my vision and worked without hesitation to bring it to life. On the days leading to the wedding, Jose did a great job putting me at peace when the anxiety kicked in. On wedding day, Leidys surpassed my expectations, she kept everyone on task, the event running smoothly and proactively helped me with everything that I needed (even before I realized I needed help). The venue is incredible beautiful and elegant. I received great feedback from my guests, and I personally had a great time. I am very pleased with the way it all turned out.

July 16 Th. , 2017 was a night to remember, a magical night at Vista Lago Ballroom. My daughter's quinces couldn't have been more perfect thanks to Raquel, Jose, Leydis and all the amazing staff at Vista Lago Ballroom, we were treated like royalty and that's how we felt. Everything was flawless, from the decorations, the flowers, the cake, the music, the ambiance, the food was just exquisite, devine, delicious! We got married on May 28, 2017 and our wedding reception at Vista Lago Ballroom was everything we could have ever wanted and more. Before deciding on a venue for our reception, my wife and I decided to research what other locations were available in South Florida and what they offered for the festivities. Among the multiple places we visited, Vista Lago stood out because of the option to customize the ballroom to our personal taste and all that they offered in their wedding package. The location is essentially a "blank slate" in that they provide the space for you to design your wedding the way you want it. Their wedding package met our budget and we felt was the best of all the locations we visited as it included flowers, linens for the tables, chiavari chairs, wedding cake from Edda's cake designs, food and premium liquors, lighting and the DJ (Roly- that did an amazing job in playing music for our wedding). These are all things which usually have to be contracted separately but Vista Lago offers it to you in a single package and we felt it simplified the process to help us focus on other details of the wedding. In the time leading up to our wedding, their staff works with you step by step with the planning and what needs to be done in the days leading up to the big day. They provide a tasting and set up a sample table with your choice of linen, floral arrangement and chair to make sure they know exactly how you want your tables to look. When the day finally arrived, the staff made my wife and I feel like royalty in the manner in which they treated us. They certainly know how to make you feel like the center of attention. Whenever we had a question or concern that needed to be addressed, the staff returned our calls or text messages in due time (usually same day) and made us feel at ease. We highly recommend this location to any couple that wants to find a perfect venue to celebrate a special occasion.

I have nothing but great things to say about Vista Lago Ballroom. Me and the wife wanted to have a destination wedding in Miami and Vista Lago Ballroom came across our list. We are from south Texas. When we were looking I thought to myself “This is to easy and to good to be true”. Well I’m here to tell you it is great and it is TRUE! Jose and Cecilia did an amazing job. We planned the whole wedding over the phone from across the country and it came out PERFECT. There is not one thing that I would change. They paid so much attention to all the details that I explained over the phone. In all honesty they were like an artist you explain what you envision and that make it what you want and 10X more. Their flower and cake vendors are awesome. They had full confidence in both of their vendors and I felt comfortable not being there to taste test or see anything. They have in house catering and it was great as well. If you are considering don’t hesitate! They went above and beyond what we ever could have expected.

The decision to have my wedding at Vista Lago is one that I will never regret. After much research, Vista Lago turned out to be by far the best Wedding Package in Miami without sacrificing quality. Not only is the location ideal, the service I received was absolutely outstanding. They made my wedding day less stressful, especially Leidys who went over and beyond to make sure everything turned out perfect. All my guests raved about how much fun they had and how beautiful everything turned out. The food (one of the best Chicken Piccata I have ever had), the bar, the flowers, the decor, everything was perfect. The DJ/MC made sure everything was on time, kept the dance floor full at all times and could not have been more perfect. I would highly recommend Vista Lago to not only my friends and family, but to anyone who would like to celebrate in style.

My husband and I choose Vista Lago Ballroom as our venue for our wedding and we are so glad we did. They offer a reasonable price for all the things that are included in their packages. From the moment we arrived at the Venue on our wedding day we were treated like a king and a queen. I have no words to describe how awesome their attention was. I was not worried about anything because i knew everything was under control. My guest have called to tell me what great service the venue offered and how awesome was the food. We did extensive research prior to choosing Exquisite Productions and without a doubt they excelled in every aspect. From start to finish the entire staff was efficient, professional and most importantly provided top notch quality. Our wedding consisted over 100 guests, locals and those who traveled from afar. All have since reached out to say how impressed they were with the food, music, décor, and friendly staff. As a bride my dream wedding came true and couldn't ask for more. We are forever grateful for Jose and Raquel- I was initially weary of choosing a "one stop shop" but look no further as they have it all!!

They were AMAZING! The entire staff is very friendly and very attentive. They think of everything for the special day to make sure you dont forget a thing. No need to worry about anything. They are the total package, DJ Rolly was perfect music was on point the entire night. The food was delicious from the hours de ors to the main dish to the cuting of the cake. One of the most beautiful and flexible venues in Kendall, Miami! My wedding was top-notch thanks to Jose,Raquel and Leydis. Will be raving about them at the venue for years to come. Also they have the best DJ I've ever heard!

I was looking for a place that was economical and the Exquisite productions team worked with me to make sure I was staying within budget-- they even added a few touches the day of the wedding as a surprise.

What a wonderful experience! I must say that Jose and his team are a delightful group of individuals. Everything the day of the wedding was perfection-- starting from the ceremony, the food, Roly the DJ, Leydis the coordinator (the BEST coordinator in the world), Raquel and Jose. Everything was absolutely beautiful and perfectly organized and I could not have asked for more. The DJ played all of the songs on our song list, even though the list was only provided a few days before the wedding—thanks to him, the dance floor was never empty. The coordinator was amazing and made sure that everything went smoothly throughout the wedding. I must admit I was not expecting the food to be as enjoyable as it was, I am used to “wedding food” not tasting great but everyone commented on the wonderful food. My wedding was on October 16 and people are still giving me compliments on the beautiful wedding and venue. I cannot thank you enough for making our special night so delightful.

We had our special day on Oct 23rd. Amazing is definitely a short way to describe how everything went thanks to the staff. Cecilia was sweet and such a helpfull coordinator. We couldn't have asked for better. Everything from the DJ to the food, and the little details and requests we asked for were delivered in such a professional manner. We loved it!!!

They were absolutely the best! The entire staff is very friendly and very attentive. They think of everything for you. No need to worry about anything. They are the total package, dj was fun, food was amazing, and my decor was on point. It was everything I expected plus more. We had the best time and we wish we could do it again! Thank you all for everything!!
