Do you offer private tastings or open house tastings?
We meet for a personal tasting consultation where the Bride and Groom will taste several options that they like and review their custom sketch.
 
What are your tasting hours?
By appointment only
 
Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?
Pricing depends on the number of guests and design difficulty.
 
Does the price include the top tier of the cake?
If the Bride wants the traditional anniversary "keeper", it is always included.
 
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?

What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
All fillings and icings are made by hand with all natural and fresh ingredients. We use high quality butter , never vegetable shortening. All cakes are made with fresh fruits and natural ingredients.
 
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
We prepare our cakes the week of the wedding.
 
How many cakes do you schedule for a typical weekend?
At present we will handle two small wedding cakes and One large wedding cake per weekend.
 
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
We will work with a florist on the cake garnish. We do prefer to make the embellishments out edible sugar flowers.
 
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
Included in our price is the rental of one of our cake platters, stand and pedestals. We also rent and sell Lenox and Gorham cake cutters.
 
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
Under 20 minutes of drive time is included with the price of your custom wedding cake. After a 20 minute drive, delivery is based on mileage and drive time.
