Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
- - - - Of course we never want to interfere with your decor, lighting or atmosphere with intrusive lighting. Professionals should know with professional equipment know how to operate their cameras to adjust for low lighting situations.
How many videographers do you work with?
- - - - We have five videographers that shoot, and edit here in our studio full time. Most of them have been with us for many years, from 18 years to a minimum of 3 years. We also have several other part time or are shooters only. All have worked with us for a minimum of 4 years. Each shooter is well seasoned and has be personally trained by the owner for years before we have them shooting and even then they are second camera shooters along with a full time shooter for another year. Quality is our goal.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
- - - - In most cases your cameraman will also be your editor. He will personally contact or meet with you before the wedding to go over all the details of your wedding day
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
- - - - Your videographer is yours for the day. Therefore if your timing changes last minute or you'd like them for a longer day its never an issue.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
- - - - Yes, we always bring back-up equipment.
