“It was extraordinary how Shawn McNally and The Suburban Video crew were able to capture all five senses in a single wedding video. Watching their video was truly a full sensory experience. You could SEE the exceptional beauty of the venue, you could HEAR the excitement and joy of the guests, you could sense the SMELL of the crisp autumnal air, you could feel the emotional TOUCH between the couple and TASTE the delicious food and drinks. Their video is an incredible keepsake that brilliantly captured the couple’s wedding day experience. Each time the couple views their video they will be seamlessly transported right back to that special day—definitely the sign of a true art form!!”

Amazing Wedding Video!

Suburban Video captured our rehearsal dinner and wedding so beautifully! The team is kind, organized, and accommodating, and the final product is breathtaking. They were so discreet about filming, ensuring they captured the magic moments, but never got in the way of them. They got gorgeous shots of EVERYTHING, which I appreciated so much, as I felt like I never got to see our venue before all the fun began! They recorded memories that our family will cherish forever. I highly suggest them for any event and will absolutely return to them!

Bill bowen - outstanding!

Bill Bowen and his great team at Suburban Video did an outstanding job capturing all the wonderful memories from our daughter’s wedding. He expertly produced a phenomenal Next Day Edit (1 min), Highlight Film (8 min) and a Long Film (2 hrs) of both the ceremony and reception while working within pandemic and venue restrictions. His work is exemplary, and he produced the highest quality videos and captured every important moment during a nine-hour magical wedding. Bill and his team were so easy to work with, and we appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail – they did such a fantastic job! Shawn’s editing was excellent, and the final product was perfect in every way. We are glad our photographer so highly recommended Bill and his team. We will be forever grateful for all their terrific work that will preserve for a lifetime our memories from our daughter’s beautiful wedding!

Bill Bowen is the BEST!

Bill Bowen and Suburban Video are fantastic to work with. We received a video following the day of our wedding, which was so special to have to immediately relive the best day of our lives. My husband and I have shown the highlight video countless times to friends and family who were not able to make it to the wedding because of covid. Bill capture all the most special moments and perfectly put them together. Whenever we show the videos from our wedding, people often say, 'Wow, it feels like I was there!' The full length video was expertly done and the team worked with us so all our favorite moments were included. Bill was such a calm, professional and patient presence when he was shooting the bridesmaids and myself getting ready. This was huge for a bride given the pace of the day and the nerves. I am so, so thankful for Bill and his team's hard work!

I have loved both the flashback and the highlight videos that I've received thus far. I can't wait to see the full video! Bill and the rest of the team were so easy to work with and memorialized our wedding in such a way that I can't stop hitting play again and again. I would absolutely recommend Suburban to anyone looking for a high quality, professional, and fantastic videographer.

Okay, so I wanted suburban to be the only ones shooting my wedding video. I have LOVED Bill's work since I saw his first wedding highlight. As soon as we got engaged he was one of the first vendors I booked. I think everybody knows how amazing the quality of Suburban (the work speaks for itself) is but here is what blew me away....as soon as we got married life came at us and I found myself expecting a baby 3 months after we got married and delayed getting my wedding video for 2 YEARS! but Shawn from suburban video followed up with me when it should be the other way around! and is still accommodating the edits I have requested. I can't believe how amazing and professional they are! Any other vendor would probably be like "you aren't coming to get the video, fine, forget you" but not suburban. Oh btw- Bill and Shawn drove us around DC during the huge snowstorm (taking time away from their own families) so we can get B roll shots of my husband and I playing in the snow for our love story video. I am so indebted to the entire suburban team, I cannot thank them enough or give them enough stars. Thank you for everything!!

Bill Bowen and his team did a tremendous job, both in designing a Step and Repeat backdrop and developing a photo slideshow for use at the party, but also took GREAT shots at the event. Very professional but also very "laid back"; had very useful suggestions. I've engaged them for other events over the past 10 years and have always been really pleased with what they deliver.

We used Suburban for our Baltimore Harbor wedding in October 2017. We were looking for a cinematic quality videographer and they didn't disappoint. My wife and I were very happy and satisfied with Bill and his team. They showed up on time, were extremely professional and captured all of the footage we had agreed upon. He was very flexible with us and went over an above the call of duty to make us happy. He was very supportive, reassuring and did a great job organizing people without being intrusive. After the ceremony, we received the highlight film with a short turn around and we were very pleased with the beauty and quality of the video.

My husband and I didn't decide on using a videographer till the last minute, and because the videographer we initially chose dropped out on us, we didn't connect with Suburban till truly the last minute. We couldn't be more satisfied. Bill was incredibly responsive and easy to work with, and his videos were fantastic. Working with him was seamless. We loved our videos, and Bill even made edits to it, after he'd sent us the final version, to accommodate our preferences. Truly couldn't be happier with Bill and Suburban Video and recommend his team hands down.

We were very impressed with how well choreographed and well put-together the video was; it was edited very nicely. It was not only visually appealing, but audibly well orchestrated. It really captured the experience of our wedding and brought back memories of how the whole wedding unfolded. Also it was revealed parts of the wedding we didn’t know about during the party because we couldn’t be everywhere at the same time. This is a nice way to sample some of what was taking place around us. We are a special needs couple (visually impaired), and we would recommend Suburban Video to anyone looking for a great videographer.

Bill and Shawn, how could we ever thank you for helping us remember the best day of our lives? You two followed us around all day and made us feel like celebrities! We never heard a single complaint about the freezing cold weather, how long we were taking to get ready, or how hard it was to find us at the reception, among our family and friends! Your attention to detail to capture the most breathtaking moments was just phenomenal. You guys are truly the definition of professionalism and perfection. We worked with Chris of Suburban for our wedding and he was a gem. He produced two videos for us: Documentary Style Long Version (90 minutes) and a Cinematic Highlight (7 min). Chris has a huge portfolio of wedding videos so prior to our big day, we called out a few whose styles we liked. We had several email exchanges and a couple phone calls in the months leading up to the event. By the wedding day, I felt confident Chris knew exactly what we wanted.

Chris and a second videographer Drew were extremely professional. They showed up on time, followed the wedding timeline to a tee, and captured all the footage we talked about.

We received the highlight video at the two-month mark and it was fantastic! Being in marketing and working with videographers, I did have edits that Chris executed quickly. Once we finalized the highlight video, Brenda sent us the long version in the mail (USB sticks and Blue Rays).

One of the best moments after your wedding is watching the long version video! Chris is a true craftsman who captured all the best moments of our day--and a few surprises! The quality of the footage, the cuts, the music, the transitions: everything was fantastic! The video shows the energy and happiness of the day. My new husband and I were blown away.

So with Suburban--and Chris in particular--you not only have professionals who are easy to work with, but they will produce a video for you that will let you relive your big day, and also capture all the scenes you missed.

They were amazing. the quality of the video was phenomenal. They were so kind and helpful during the whole event. They worked amazingly with us working up to the event. They captured the vibe incredibly well, the highlights video is so well done, the overall video is amazing. We just feel so lucky they were our videographer!

Bill was AMAZING. Him and his daughter Cara are a great pair. We did the love video prior to our wedding. It was a HUGE hit. We showed it at our rehearsal dinner and everyone loved it. Cara made our wedding so easy. Their videos are amazing. I could not imagine having anyone else video my wedding. I Highly recommend them!

Unbelievable, just unbelievable. Their videographers seemed to be everywhere during our event - and when I saw the footage I was overwhelmed. I will absolutely use them again. If you want a wonderful record of your party or event, use them.

Suburban Video is an amazing company with incredibly talented and creative team members! My husband and I wanted something different for our wedding video. After watching so many of our friends (by many I mean we've been to over 15 weddings together) get married and then send out their wedding videos, we knew we wanted something we hadn't seen before.

Enter Suburban Video. We approached them with the idea of shooting a wedding "music video" and they were not only immediately on board with the idea, but they were equally as excited as we were! Which is huge! How else can you capture a moment on video and have it replay exactly how you imagined it if your and your videographer are on different wavelengths?

On the day of our wedding, us and our wedding party had so much fun shooting the music video! Ben was literally shouting out lyrics for us because we couldn't get it together hahahaha! Then, they had the final edited version to use within less than a week! We were able to send out our music video link with out thanks you!

If you want something better than the rest, Suburban is the answer. Thank you so much for everything!

I worked with Tom Trainor and Chris. Both were VERY thorough, professional, flexible and just a joy to work with. Tom is very resourceful and will treat your event as if it's his own because he is very passionate about delivering quality. As a public relations professional, I have worked with many videographers and vendors but Suburban Video was the best by far! I highly recommend using their services.

The videographers were very professional and comfortable to work with as well. They were not "in your face" like some may fear....but were still able to capture some great moments and made excellent camera shots. I highly recommend them to any bride looking for quality video(s) that are not boring like other videos I've seen. Suburban Video certainly know what they're doing and how to capture those lasting memories on film!

I want to start by saying that I really did not want video at my wedding. My parents guilted me into it. After looking at samples to assess video quality--I asked questions to make sure he was a nice guy that would not attempt to direct a movie an stay so much out of the way that i wouldn't even know he was there. He did all of those things. He made a video of my wedding without telling anyone else what do and without really being noticed--which is exactly what I asked for. He also stayed in the back and out of the way (I've been to wedding with the video guy insists on being in front of all the guest with giant equipment...which really gives Videographers a bad name). I believe in video again b/c of Suburban. Thanks guys.

I have always been a fan of Suburban Video! Bill was actually the first vendor we booked for our Wedding since I have always loved his work :) I always knew he would be great to work with and he is truly brilliant at what he does. He is so professional and made us both feel so comfortable on the other side of the video camera. He is very talented and has an eye for capturing all the perfect moments & special details. Suburban Video's productions excited me from the very first video I watched on their website. I immediately knew I could trust them with my vision for a finished product. Needless to say, they knocked it out the park. It would be an understatement to say that the quality and dedication of their team was exceptional. The service they provided from beginning to end demonstrated excellence. The amount of talent, pride and care of Suburban's entire team was evidenced in the execution of every single detail. I was approached countless times throughout the event by guests who were absolutely blown away by witnessing the Suburban team in action.

I know without a doubt that this event would not have been a success without their touch. They were beyond attentive throughout the entire process, and took such great care of me and my family, bending over backwards to bring our vision to life. They were always available to answer any questions we had, encouraging us throughout the entire planning process. They went above and beyond, thinking outside the box, even taking control of several situations to ensure that our guests had the best possible experience by maximizing the return on investment for the zap photos -- they did a phenomenal job. Their photography even stood out, with an amazing eye for detail, capturing the spirit of the event in still photos. We were all so touched by the photos flashing on the screen during dinner -- especially a private note that had been left behind in our room.

What an amazing and talented group of people -- from the stellar service to their flexibility. Suburban Video's team is made up of truly gifted and talented professionals. It's impossible to go wrong by including them in your event.

It only took one viewing of a youtube video and I was hooked. Bill, Tom and Ian created an unbelievable and unforgetable same day edit video that really made my entrance something unique and beautiful. All the guests were blown away.

I had a blast working with the crew and they created everything that I wanted and then some. The quality of the work is ridiculous and not only I but all my guests loved the final products.

These guys are great! They arrived early, stayed late, very professional, always in the right position for all the important things taking place during your wedding. I looked at several different companies and these guys are good. Yes they are more expensive but you only have one video to watch over the years & you want it to be quality and memorable. You get what you pay for. These guys are worth every penny!!!

Just received my wedding video and I'm so happy with it! Craig did an excellent job of capturing so many people and all the special moments throughout the day. I wasn't expecting the video to have as much editing as it did since I did not pay for one of the most expensive packages, but my video is of great quality and has excellent editing. I think I was expecting it to be a bit choppy etc. but it really flows nicely and was put together beautifully. I think is the true mark of Suburban, everything they do is very professional. My husband and I wavered on having a videographer at all which is why it wasn't one of the biggest expenses in our overall wedding budget, but I'm so glad we decided to do it, and Suburban came so well recommended we knew we would be in great hands. True professionals, worth the expense, you will not be disappointed.

The day was so memorable thanks to Bill and his team. They were awesome. I am patiently waiting for the highlight as I am sure it is going to be amazing! They really went out of their way to make sure to capture the details. I highly recommend you invest in your videographer and photographer as these are the only two real tangible items you will take away from your wedding to remember it forever! I am so thankful for choosing Suburban!! I highly recommend them as they are detail oriented, friendly and have such great personalities and not to mention talent!!!

Tom and the crew from Suburban video created lasting memories for my husband and I by giving us an amazing video and highlight reel. First; they were calming and super professional the day of our wedding and were pro's. They knew where they had to be and exactly what to capture. We received our highlight reel and video soon after the wedding. I did not have to ask twice for anything. They created a beautiful video and were very open to our changes and requests after they send us the draft version. I HIGHLY recommend them and will be using them to document special memories in the future. They are truly first class videographers.

One of the best decisions I made during wedding planning was picking Suburban for our video. From start to finish, everyone you come across is professional and does what they can to make you happy. Our wedding was a very traditional Afghan wedding and I was worried some important moments would be lost, but they caught everything and edited to perfection! They met with us a week beforehand and went through a timeline of what would happen. When I saw my highlight video (which I highly recommend everyone gets), I was amazed at the details they captured. All the small details that guests even missed - people saw in the video and complimented me on. I gave a ton of directions on what music to use and where to use in the video - and everything was done the way I had asked.

I cannot stop smiling when I watch our wedding video! I highly recommend Suburban Video to every bride!!!

I am absolutely THRILLED to say that I had Suburban Video as my videographers. They do things that I thought were so talented and out of this world.

HONESTLY, whenever I see guests that attended the wedding and saw the wedding highlights, they can not stop gushing about how beautiful and emotional it was. The music, cinematography, editing and their professionalism made the show one hundred percent times more that what I was expecting. When the highlight video came out, everyone laughed and cried. I was amazed that some of my guests had forwarded the video to their friends and family because it was nothing they had seen before.

Bill Bowen and his team are friendly, artistic, professional and were a delight to work with.

Our wedding video is an absolute treasure. Bill did a beautiful job putting together a video that is artistic and elegant while still capturing the mood, feel, and events of our wedding. The night of my wedding went so quickly, and all of the emotions can make some things go by in what feels like a bit of a blur, so it is really nice to be able to relive those moments by watching the video. All of the major events were caught on film, but so were many smaller ones that I never would have seen (and now would hate to have missed) were it not for the video. So much thought and planning goes into a wedding, and it is nice to have a video that feels similarly well thought out and put together. Bill and Ian were such a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process, and they willingly worked with me on several special requests, even after the wedding. Their product is polished and professional, and one that also conveys the warmth, beauty, and emotion of the day. I could not recommend hiring Bill more highly. In fact, one of my family members hired Bill based on our experience, and she also loves her video.

When selecting a package, I strongly suggest that the highlight reel be included. We watch ours quite often. I particularly like the combination of music and live audio, the editing really does make it tell the story of the day, and the length is very convenient. Also, I'm so glad we had two cameras for our ceremony. It's nice to be able to see our faces and the larger scale shots.

It was great to have Bill and his team video our special day. He was very professional and helped us capture some great moments. He was there for every minute, but without being intrusive or interrupting. We received the video and were extremely impressed how it turned out. We would definitely recommend Suburban Video for tour event.

Our wedding video came out great! Tom Trainor was our videographer and he was very nice, super easy going, and friendly. The quality of his video footage was spectacular. You did not even know he was there for the most part. Definitely recommend them. They were also responsive to the changes we wanted made in our short/long version. Be prepared though, it takes the whole three months that they say to get your final product (which is fine, but just good to know as sometimes brides/grooms can be anxious for things to come a little earlier than expected).

i was very pleased with suburban video from the initial meeting with Bill through my wedding day. Bill seemed very excited about filming my wedding and gave me great advice on insuring i would have a good wedding video. They were very professional the day of the wedding and i even forgot the videographers were there. Nothing compares to the way i felt when i viewed my highlight reel. I was so impressed by the moments they captured, moments that i forgot even happened. Every time i watch the video i tear up and so did all my friends that watched it. I would definitely recommend suburban video for any special occasion they truly captured my wedding day better than i could have dreamed.

We didn't want the videography to be intrusive during our ceremony or reception and Suburban Video came through for us on that important request. We didn't even notice the videographer during the ceremony. They have also been very responsive and fast with their deliverables.

They did an amazing job on our video. It is my favorite keep-sake from my wedding day (aside from my husband). They did a wonderful job putting together beautiful moments from our wedding and some of our favorite music into a perfect highlight reel. I would definitely recommend them to help capture anyones special day.

I am not a difficult person and I hardly complain, but unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience with Suburban Video. I liked their team work at my wedding day, but I am not happy with the results. I trusted them with the details and I shouldn't have. The quality of my video and the very hard time they gave me while making my video, was disappointing. I definitely expected more, and if I could go back, I would not go with Suburban Video.
