We contacted Rev. Shanandoah about a year ago. Our wedding was 4-24-24 outdoors in beautiful Sedona. In preparation for our wedding we talked on the phone several times, communication via email and went to meet Rev. Shanandoah at the spot we picked for the wedding to take place. She also recommended the flutist, who was outstanding. We were beyond pleased with the wedding ceremony Rev. Shanandoah performed. It was very spiritual and exactly what we wanted. I/we highly recommend Rev. Shanandoah and we will most likely contact her to renew our vows in 10 years. That is how impressed we were.

Shanandoah was a pleasure to work with during our entire planning process and wedding day. She is a very special person and really makes you feel comfortable. She helped us decided on a location (site unseen, might i add) and it could not have been more perfect. About 1/3 through the wedding ceremony we had a Sept Sedona monsoon and had to regroup and finish the ceremony at the reception/dinner site. Shanandoah could not have been more accommodating and comforting. She made our evening spectacular with her little touches to the ceremony. Reverend Sterling is insightful and reads people really well. During the elopement wedding ceremony when we said our vows, she discretely stepped away to give us privacy. She was patient, intuitive, and took the time to get to know our story and incorporate it into the service. She is the best and really cares about what she is doing.

After being together for many years, we wanted to make our ceremony extra special & personal. From our first conversation , we knew Rev. Shenandoah was passionate about her calling. Shanandoah was absolutely amazing. My husband and I live all the way in Chicago and we were blessed to find Shanandoah in Sedona for our elopement!! She was so personable, calming, and you could tell she was actually interested and involved in our love story. The night before our wedding we had to CHANGE locations, and Shanandoah kept me calm and offered an even more amazing spot to elope!!!! Shanandoah was very sweet and informative from the get go. We had a meeting with her beforehand so she could learn more about our love story. She really paid attention to detail and created a unique ceremony from the details of our story and our spiritual preferences. We had some last minute changes the day of the wedding and she was very flexible, even helped with some tasks in preparation for the ceremony which was much appreciated. We both felt reassured and supported by her throughout the whole process. Beautiful person and very professional. We highly recommend her!

My wife, Sandra and I were looking for something exquisitely unique and different from the "traditional" wedding. I wanted an elegant ceremony, Sandra wanted everlasting. We both wanted rocks and water.

Reverend put much effort and work into our beautiful nuptials (and keepsake booklet) and with her whimsical personality, brought it all to life. Her melodic tone sang our song and her presence sealed our magical moment. I couldn't have imagined a better Officiant and friend to be present for our special day.

We had a wonderful experience with Shannadoah as the officiant at our wedding. She made the service personal to us, intimate and special. We eloped to Sedona and we met Shannadoah over the telephone in pre-wedding meetings and in person the day before our wedding. Our service was exactly what we hoped it would be.
