What ceremony music arrangements can you provide?

What instruments does your group play?

What is your usual attire?
Dressy. It is very important for me to dress appropriately for the occasion and even coordinate my colors with the Brides chosen colors.
 
Do you offer live sample performances or CDs?
I offer this at the time that I meet with the bride to select music for their ceremony.
 
How much time do you usually need for setup?
At least 15 or 20 minutes.
 
How much space do you usually require?
Not much space. 18 square feet/near an electrical outlet
 
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
Travel expense is built into my price quotes.

Additional Questions and Answers

My charges for a Wedding Ceremony are $ 225.  If the wedding is outside of  my home base of Fort Worth,  the price is:  $250.   This price also includes the free initial consultation with Bride and/or Groom  to help them in their selection of music for ceremony.

I charge  $95.00 per hour  for receptions when I also play the Ceremony with both in the same location.

Receptions alone are $100 per hour of playing time.   

Tips and Advice

If you are interested in booking me for your wedding ceremony or reception, please do not wait too late because the best dates go fast.  This is based on the fact that we only really have 4 weekends out of 12 months and everyone seems to want to get married on a weekend.  Sometimes I have had to turn a bride down on a particular date because I am already booked on that date.
