I refer to two other DJ's when I am personally booked.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
4 hours
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
Yes, I prefer we meet initally, and in the weeks leading up to her wedding.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
No
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes, and I bring backup gear in case of an emergency.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
I offer a mobile photobooth, monogram lighting, and a slideshow montage.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
I bring everything I need, and I setup in 30 minutes.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
No
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
I do emcee, and talk when appropriate.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I typically eat a meal behind my DJ booth, so I can be near the controls at all times.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
Music is always playing.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, I have a fully trained DJ in case I become unavailable, which has never happened!
What is your overtime rate?
$125 hourly
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
I do charge for travel beyond a 50 mile radius. Never will exceed $100.00
