About
You need a wedding officiant who will travel to your location so you can celebrate your day in your own way; one who'll work with you to make your ceremony go as smoothly as possible. I am an interfaith minister who is easy- going, warm and humorous (or so my mother tells me). Let's work together to give you the wedding that the two of you deserve!

I've been to 2 weddings, with Rev Mark as officiants.. it was a coincidence that i can meet him again, and from the two weddings that i have covered I must say that he is a very kind and fun person...he makes the brides and grooms relax walking down the ailes with his laughter and jokes.. I highly recommend him for your special day.. ! hope to meet you again rev mark.. at the weddings.. -Yos- Yosphoto.com

Frequently Asked Questions for Officiant
What officiant services do you provide?
Interfaith Ceremony, Non-religious Ceremony, Single Religion Ceremony

What religious affiliations do you serve?
Baha'i Faith, Buddhist, Christian (no denomination), Christian - Baptist, Christian - Catholic, Christian - Episcopalian, Christian - Lutheran, Christian - Methodist, Christian - Orthodox, Christian - Presbyterian, Christian - Quaker, Jewish

Can you accommodate the hearing impaired?
No

Are you willing to perform a ceremony at a non-religious site?
Absolutely! I've performed ceremonies from backyard gardens to Phipps Conservatory; from local fire halls to five-star hotels. All spaces are sacred.

Are you flexible in the wording used throughout the ceremony, including the vows?
Yes. A wedding ceremony should be as special to a bride and groom as they are to each other.

Do you allow the couple to write their own vows, if desired?
Yes, of course! See the answer above? It applies here, as well. What better way to make a ceremony unique and personal than to have custom vows!

Do you have a list of readings pre-selected, from which the couple must choose?
I have an ever-expanding library of selections the couples can choose from for their ceremony- not just of readings, but for nearly every aspect of a ceremony. Of course, couples are always welcome to provide their own.

Do you require that premarital counseling be done?
This is situational, but only required when either the bride or groom is a deploying US service member.

Are you willing to perform pre-ceremony rehearsals?
Sure! Not only does it help the couple feel more comfortable, but it allows me time to get acquainted with those in the wedding party and the families involved. The ceremony becomes warmer and more personal.

Do you supply a sound system?
We travel with two portable PA systems that not only can supply vocal projection, but music as well. Have an iPod? We can dock right in. MP3 player or CD player? We'll cable it in. Of course, a live musician or a DJ will always work better, but Jeanie has become quite adept at making the music work right on cue.

Tips and Advice

One of the saddest things to see before a ceremony is a groom sitting on a bench alone, left foot tapping arythmically, palms red from rubbing together, a look on his face that says "Dear God, I need a drink."

Let the Best Man be the Best Man! His one and only job is to be there for the groom. His responsibilities may vary in this regard, but before the ceremony he should be there to be a companion for the groom, just as the MOH- and her bridesmaids, and her sisters, and her aunts, and her mom- is there for the bride.
