We used this company for our Prom and it was a blast! We had a stop for pictures, dinner, and then prom. He was there at the front door when we came out to take us home. I will call them when it is time for my wedding.

Silver Image provided us a limo for our wedding and my husband's bachelor party! I can't say much towards the bachelor party (what happens with the guys, stays with the guys), but our wedding limo was fantastic! Our driver pre-set our honeymoon room with our luggage so my husband could just whisk me away! Plus our driver stopped at Jack in the Box for us! Who knew you don't get to eat at your own reception?
I can't wait to use Silver Image again for our anniversary!
Tips - ask for the wedding package, it's worth the extra charge!

We had reserved a party bus with another company and last minute got a call from them saying that our car broke down and sorry, they weren't coming. I called Silver Image Company and talked to Julie who was very nice, she was able to squeeze us in their schedule and get our group of 30 people in the wedding party moved back to the hotel. The bus got there and it was better than I expected. The driver said it was brand new and it looked it! Our driver Keith was very nice and helped everyone with pictures and so on. He made out good with the $100 tip! I wish I would have called them first and only. I know next time.

Silver Image was perfect. Cars were spotless, drivers were professional and courteous...and most importantly, they were on time.

If you are looking to get a limo to take you from the reception to the hotel and nothing else then Silver Image is the way to go. They will do a what they call a Transfer and it is by far cheaper than any other limo company that i could find (most make you pay for 3-4 hours minimum). The limo was clean and really nice. The Limo was late because the driver got pulled over and got a ticket. That was unfortunate and I doubt it happens often, but we still got charged the full price. If you are running late though they charge you extra. It all worked out great but that was my one disappointment with them.

Where do I start..... Driver took us to the wrong del frescos, 30 minutes away, then the party bus broke down, ever see 10 people in suites and dresses sweating on the side of 75, yeah that was us last night. Then the new hummer limo sent to pick us up had vomit in it, filthy and the windows were broken and stuck down and the door interiors were falling off. After all that... they ask me for an extra $600 and abandon us 45 minutes away from our final destination and said the only way we will get our drinks and the purses back is if we pay $1,000. completely blew our mind and was absurd. don't rent from these guys

Please never use this company. Our driver arrived 45 minutes late after having called and saying he was lost. We entered a car that was not air conditioned on a 100 degree day. Still our driver was lost and could not find our next two stops without our telling him every turn. Our driver was not coherent at times and started babbling about real estate.
We terminated the service at our next stop and called UBER.
We ended up an 1 1/2 hour late to our reception, lost money on the bartender. Upset all our guests, two left and went home.
Had to reschedule our anniversary dinner an hour later. Pure luck that they could take us. ABSOLUTELY ruined our anniversary, and cost us 100's of dollars in extra cost. I will request a full refund, but fortunately have well documented the incident and 1 of my guests is a lawyer who was present during the entire bizarre episode.
I have to give 1 star to post this but believe me it is not deserved.

I reserved a limo for one hour and they sent a confirmation for one hour of service but when the driver came to get us, he informed us that he could only drive us straight to the drop-off sight since he had another wedding that was across town and he needed to be able to get there on time. I called the company and was told that they don't offer service for a full hour (without a 4 hour minimum) and that the reservation was strictly for a pick-up/drop-off service. The limo was beautiful and I was grateful to have it but as a result of their false informationin the confirmation email, my new husband and I were the first ones dropped off at the reception site and we had to wait in the bar for the other guests to arrive so that we could be announced into the ballroom! I will not ever use this business again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else!

This limo company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The actual limo looks NOTHING like the pictures on their website. The limo bus that showed up was tiny compared to what I ordered from the website. I ordered a 20 person limo and we had 13 adults and barely fit. It could have held 2 more people max. When it showed up I called the owner and explained how it was not what we ordered. She said "If you don't like it, tell them to leave". Well we had already planned an entire day event for my staff so that was not an option. She agreed that the pictures look nothing like the actual limo but basically said "too bad". I told her it was unacceptable and I was very unsatisfied. They then told me I needed to go to the bank and get cash to pay because they knew I was unhappy and did not want me to dispute the charge on my credit card. Because we were stuck we had to use them but I would never recommend this limo service to anyone. The only bright spot was the driver was very nice and completely understood why we were upset but there was nothing he could do about it.
