Signature Soirees is a full service planning company that offers various wedding planning packages to meet the needs of discerning Northeast Ohio brides. Our packages include full service planning, partial planning and day of planning.  Create your own package to suit your needs using our a la carte services.  Our head planner and owner has planned both social and corporate events for over ten years.  She is a certified wedding planner through the American Academy of Weddng Professionals of which she is a member.  She is also a member of the International Special Events Society, Meeting Professionals International and Positively Cleveland.

How many planners do you work with?
There are two full time coordinators on staff at Signature Soirees. We also have assistant planners on hand as well. At events we have a one planner to every 100 guests rule, to ensure that all details are handled.
 
What style of wedding do you specialize in planning?
We specialize in planning the type of wedding our clients desire. Whether it is intimate and formal or large and casual, we make sure that it is an elegant and flawless wedding every time.

We cater to all religions.
 
What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past?
We have coordinated weddings with up to 450 guests and as small as 20.

Tips and Advice
Referrals are a great soucre when looking for vendors such as photographers, planners, etc.  Ask that friend who has recently gotten married about their experience with their vendors and go from there.  An experienced planner will also have lots of information about various vendors which can save you a lot of time and in most cases money.

Start your planning as early as possible! Just as you are piecing together the elements for a fabulous event, there are other brides to be out there doing the same.

DIY projects are all the rage, but before you undertake such a project, make sure you have enough time and help to complete it.  Set a deadline and stick to it.
