How many photographers do you work with?
I primarily shoot weddings on my own, but a second assistant photographer can be hired for an extra fee.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Of course!

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
I never book more than one wedding per day.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Two cameras, several lenses, external flash, reflector, at least 25 GB of memory cards, several packs of batteries for flash work, tripod, and if needed, light stands and strobe lighting for indoor lighting at reception.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, I have backup equipment.

Do you charge hourly or full day?
I charge mostly per hour, but depending on your situation, we can arrange for a full-day rate.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
I will shoot overtime, but I do not charge an extra fee per hour. I charge a flat rate per hour depending on whether you need me 2 hours or 13 hours.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
You're paying me to capture your wedding day, therefore, I never take breaks unless at an appointed meal break by the wedding party or during a down-time between events.

Do you charge for travel?
Yes, I charge for travel. Depending on the place, I usually ask that my flight and hotel are paid for in addition to the regular wedding fee.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
It depends on how many hours you hire me to shoot. Most weddings I have over a thousand images to proof, so it usually takes up to 2 months for proofs.

Proofs are sent as a low-resolution zip file to your email as well as provided on a proof cd.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
I never give original files to clients. You're paying me for the best of the best, I'm not going to give non-edited files to you.

Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, if needed.

What kind of albums do you offer?
I offer a wide range of high-quality wedding albums. Contact me for more information. In most cases, albums start at around $600 and go up from there.

When will the client get the final album?
It depends on how many photos, what format, and how much design work is involved. This is discussed on an individual basis.
