Perched near the property?s highest point, the 22,000-square-foot clubhouse and pavilion are filled with elegant linen topped dining tables, beautiful centerpieces and candlelight that complement the panoramic views of the Front Range and the Colorado style architecture of the building.
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Facility rental and food and beverage minimums are based on time of the year and day of the week. May thru October is considered high season. While November thru April events are offered considerable discounts.
Do you offer any special services?
Prior to the day of the event, our Professional Wedding Consultants are available by appointment plan all the details needed for the day of your event. This would include the Order of Events and Timeline, floor plan, menu choices, linen color choices, estimated guest count, vendor information and all other event details
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Tables, Chairs, Linen, China, Glass, and Silver are all included in facility rental.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
Our Brides may work with any vendor they choose.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
We offer a fully appointed Bridal Suite with full makeup vanity, showers, full length mirrors and plenty of room for your entire bridal party to spread out. Our Groom's Locker room is the perfect place for the menu to relax, watch TV and get ready for the big day.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
Sanctuary has its own liquor license and does not allow alcohol to be brought on-site.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
We host one event at a time.
Can you provide a coat check?
We offer a complimentary coat check.
