With two convenient locations to serve you in Brainerd and Hixson, Rib and Loin is the clear choice for fast and friendly barbecue and Chattanooga barbecue catering for all types of events. We smoke all of our own meats at both locations for fast and fresh barbecue to you anytime and anywhere within a 100 mile radius of our Chattanooga catering market. We offer smoked beef brisket, pork shoulder, chicken breasts, and barbecued ribs from our pit that can be served as a sandwich, a dinner, or our shredded meats can be piled high on our famous stuffed barbecue potatoes. In addition to our smoked meats, we have a variety of other menu options like stews, soups, salads, chicken fingers, burgers, hot dogs, and, of course, delicious desserts to round out any meal. The best BBQ in Chattanooga! Yogi and his caterers took great care of us. We did a potato bar and it was a huge hit. Proportioned toppings kept the buffet line moving and made for easy set up and breakdown. We are so glad they caterered for us!

The people at Rib and Loin are the sweetest and easiest people to work with. They were flexible, allowed me to customize the menu to exactly what I wanted and did not need a final menu until the week of. They provided all sauces, pans, plates, napkins, utensils, etc. They set up and cleaned up in plenty of time and were so professional. Everyone loved the food and still talk about it!
