We loved using Bissel Catering at our wedding! The food was delicious and they were so nice and easy to communicate with. We went with chicken Alfredo with salad and garlic bread and everything tasted great. They were also able to accommodate us requesting extra drinks to be available for guests outside in the summer heat. They worked well with our venue and I definitely recommend to anyone!

We were even able to sample the food before committing which we really appreciated. The food is high quality and delicious; we received several compliments from people at the wedding stating that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. For the price and the quality, I highly recommend anyone looking for a caterer to use Bissel Catering!

We recently contracted Bissel Catering for a wedding, and we're honestly still in disbelief at the lack of professionalism and quality of service we received. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that this would be far from the elegant experience we had envisioned for our big day.

First off, the food presentation was absolutely appalling. Instead of serving our meals in the beautiful chafing silver trays we’d specifically requested (and which were outlined in our contract), they showed up with cheap Dollar Tree aluminum trays. Seriously. The kind of trays you use for a backyard BBQ, not a formal event like a wedding. To make matters worse, the salad dressing was served in a plastic container—the kind you’d find at a Chinese take-out restaurant for soup. This wasn't a quirky or casual touch, it was downright unprofessional.
And as if that wasn't enough, they didn’t even bother to bring Sterno warmers to keep the food hot. So, not only was everything served in cheap, unattractive containers, but the food was also cold—an absolute disaster. The Italian buffet we’d agreed upon was a joke. The sauce tasted like it came straight out of a can, and the meatballs were clearly frozen, bland, and lacking any of the flavor you’d expect from a catered meal.

Let’s talk about the so-called "bruschettas"—if you can even call them that. They served broken pieces of stale bread in one cheap aluminum tray, and in another, there were canned tomato pieces. Yes, canned tomatoes. At a wedding. The presentation was not just disappointing, it was insulting.

Overall, the entire experience was completely unprofessional, and it felt more like a picnic at a park than a classy event. The quality of the food and the lack of attention to detail were beyond disappointing. We hired Bissel Catering to make our wedding day special, and instead, they ruined it with poor-quality food, tacky presentation, and a complete disregard for the terms of our contract.

If you value quality, professionalism, and an elegant dining experience, stay far, far away from Bissel Catering. They are not fit to cater any event, let alone a wedding. You deserve much better than this.
