Catering Cart

I hired Catering Cart for a rehearsal dinner (Feb. 2024). They were great to work with from the early planning stages to the event. Tara was so helpful planning the event and getting all the details just right. We emailed exclusively and she was very timely in responding. The night of the event went so well. Our staff (Levi, Daniel, Brandi and Amanda) arrived on time and were very professional. We even made a few changes to the flow of the night and they were happy to accommodate. The food presentation (Mexican theme buffet) looked so nice and the food and mocktails were delicious. Many guests couldn't stop commenting on how good the food was. I do not live in the Chattanooga area but if I did, I would use Catering Cart again.

Attended a wedding where they did food and it was amazing!

We had a fully vegan menu for our wedding and BarCart truly delivered! They had a variety of selections but were also willing to adjust things as desired if you already had some items in mind for your menu. We had some items from their Asian inspired menu, the winter stew, salad and mac and cheese bites and everything was delicious. We heard positive feedback from all of our guests about the food as well. The drinks were also incredible. The staff also were responsive to questions and attentive to the guests. The only issue we encountered was when a staff member was asked a question about an allergen concern the staff member stated " I don't know. I didn't make the food." While I understand that these individuals may not have made the food I think it is important for each staff member to be knowledgeable about the allergen information for the items on the menu. I also think that comment was rude and could have been handled differently. Aside from that we had a great experience and the food was amazing!

I only have wonderful things to say about Catering Carr! Their response time through emails was unbelievable! I booked them sight unseen from another State because our now daughter-in-law lived in the Chattanooga area & we were from SC. EVERYONE loved the food, it was absolutely delicious & the service was excellent! They went above & beyond to make sure we were satisfied & had everything we needed! I felt as though I had made new friends that evening! I highly recommend Catering Cart to anyone and know you will be glad you used them!

Catering Cart and bar cart are the best team together - we had awesome customer service from the moment we booked them until the reception was over. Their set up is one of a kind and their bartenders were fun and responsive - our guests kept saying it was the best catering they had ever had - my wife and I were so happy and couldn’t have asked for more

They were on time and created a beautiful display of delicious food. They were very prepared and professional. They organized the leftovers like I asked them too and helped out with refilling the cupcake towers.

I wanted a Charcuterie Grazing Table for my wedding reception and Catering Cart did some beautiful work, and the food was delicious. They are definitely a very busy company, so at times it was a little frustrating and rushed trying to communicate with them, but in the end, I got exactly what I wanted and it was gorgeous. There are so many different options for catering, I don't think you could go wrong with any of their choices! I would recommend them.
