Emma has over 5 years of upscale wedding catering experience. She is excited to bring new flare to the Knoxville wedding scene by way of The Spiffy Spud food truck! She and her partner, Izaak, are passionate about bringing everyone's favorite party food, french fries, to events all over East Tennessee. The Spiffy Spud offers a fun, budget-friendly food option for outdoor weddings, showers, rehearsal dinners, weeknight weddings, late-night wedding snacks, and any event that wants delicious, flavorful food that you can easily take with you to the bar or dance floor!
Izaak's years of cooking and kitchen management experience make working the food truck a breeze! He enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and cooking for a crowd. He has never met a stranger, and you can always expect service with a smile from him! He is also the one to credit for most of our recipes, so you know you are getting a little potato, a little toppoing, and a lot of love in every bite!
