From the moment we booked until they left the reception everyone made sure to communicate with us and went above and beyond to make sure every single guest was happy. I didn’t catch the young man’s name who was working our dinner service but he deserves all of the praise! He went so far out of his way to make sure my very specific cooking requests were done perfectly and any guests needed their food tweaked it was exactly what they wanted. I could not have been more happy with the service and food we received. Thank you thank you thank you! We had the best night of our lives!

Izaak & Emma agreed to cater our Son's rehearsal Dinner at a cabin outside Sevierville: outside, on a mountain, in January... They warned us that sometimes the weather makes getting the truck to mountain cabins impossible but that if the weather did get bad enough, they would have a contingency plan. They also agreed to pick up some extra desserts from a bakery in Knoxville for the event.
It snowed like crazy! At least 5 inches. Somehow, Izaak got the Food truck to the top of the mountain, almost the entire wedding party had to walk up the 3/4 mile driveway in the snowstorm because our cars wouldn't make the climb. After about an hour rehearsing on a windy 25° deck, the hot chocolate, the steaming hot BBQ potato, and the pie were the best meal I've ever had.
Izaak went way above and beyond anyone's expectations. We all agreed that if we ever had to trust our lives to a food truck, Izaak and the Spiffy Spud were the only sensible option. Almost all of the 35 people grateful hugged him when he left.
We wish we had another son to marry-off so we'd have an excuse to do it again!
