We want to help take the stress away, and give your guests a meal that they will remember for years to come.

A taco shell to remember! We prepare our tortillas by pan-frying them in about a half inch of corn oil until they get a nice golden crust. This makes for a crisp outer layer, while still retaining softness on the inside when you bite into it. These tacos will never break or crumble on you like the standard hard shell taco. We like to say our shells are the perfect middle ground between hard and soft shell. The absolute best of both worlds! If you book a buffet style catering with us, a Taco Specialist will fry tortillas on site right before service starts. Not only are the shells fresh and delicious, but this service also provides a unique scene that will get your guests talking.
