Smoked Pickle Barbecue is a fully custom, craft BBQ wedding catering experience featuring Knoxville, Tennessee roots, with Texas and Carolina flavors. We cater everything from small family events to 2500 people at Tennessee football games.
While we are masterful at traditional BBQ, we love cooking anything that requires live fire, making for a tasty and memorable catering experience for clients and their loved ones.

Great food, great service
I am really glad we found Smoked Pickle. The food was delicious and a fantastic value for the money. They were very easy to work with and easily accommodated our requests (example: non-spicy versions for less adventurous guests). The food setup was one thing that went off without a hitch, which was a huge weight off our shoulders. Additionally, here are some things the guests have said:
