  The best BBQ in Chattanooga! Yogi and his caterers took great care of us. We did a potato bar and it was a huge hit. Proportioned toppings kept the buffet line moving and made for easy set up and breakdown. We are so glad they caterered for us!

  The people at Rib and Loin are the sweetest and easiest people to work with. They were flexible, allowed me to customize the menu to exactly what I wanted and did not need a final menu until the week of. They provided all sauces, pans, plates, napkins, utensils, etc. They set up and cleaned up in plenty of time and were so professional. Everyone loved the food and still talk about it!

  The people at Rib and Loin are the sweetest and easiest people to work with.   Good food! I did not personally deal with the caterer, I had someone take care of it for me, but I don't have any complaints all in all.

  Perfect baked potato bar

  My husband and I are longtime lovers of rib & loin, and we wanted a budget-friendly buffet option. They checked all the boxes! We ordered a baked potato bar with enough pork, chicken, and beef BBQ with all the fixings to feed 85 people. We also ordred baked beans, slaw, and mac and cheese. The food along with multiple gallons of tea and lemonade came out to right above $1200. They were affordable and prompt. My only complaint is that I could never get anyone to reply to an email. Not the biggest inconvenience in the world, but I would have preferred to do business in an email instead of on the phone every time I had a question. Other than that, I loved working with rib & loin!

  Mediocre food and TERRIBLE customer service

  I can see why Rib and Loin isn’t what it used to be. The food is expensive and just OK. The customer service is TERRIBLE. Brenda is rude and has NO customer service skills. She is RUDE to customers and doesn’t appreciate anyone asking any questions. She also will gladly tell you that she’s the general manager AND that there is no one above her. She clearly has had complaints about herself before. SHE ALONE will run people off because mediocre food and having to deal with her is certainly not worth the price you pay to eat there.
