Manis and Co Review

We loved, loved, loved having Manis and Co as our caterer. The food? Delicious! The service? Amazing! From appetizers all the way to the sides for the served buffet our guests were positively in LOVE with the food (they even went in for thirds!). The Manis and Co team also made sure that my husband and I were able to get some food (appetizers from cocktail hour as well since we were doing photos) without us ever having to leave our sweetheart table, a loving touch that I think sets them above the rest. Brandon and Kristen were extremely friendly and helpful in making sure that our menu was properly prepared for our day. We believe that the service they provide is worth every penny and are so, so happy they could be a part of our special day. We cannot thank the Manis and Co team for helping make our special day possible! We would highly recommend them to people in the area looking for a caterer that will have your guests asking for fourths!

Homemade Meal

Loved this company! They had the most flavorful food out of any of the other companies we tried whom tasted like frozen pre-made stuff. This food was made fresh and tasted like a homemade meal. 💯

Awesome experience

The team at Manis catering are great to work with! They are so professional and dedicated to their clients. It’s obvious they take great pride in their work and everyone on their staff are so helpful and friendly. Our guests had such a wonderful time and the food was DELICIOUS. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Fantastic food!

We used Manis and Co. for my daughter’s wedding and we could not have been more pleased. They were a pleasure to work with. Very responsive to any needs or questions we had. The food was amazing. We had the pork tenderloin and Cajun chicken pasta as entrees and our guests raved over the food. The staff was fantastic the day of the wedding. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for your event.

Wedding Coordinator

Kristen and her team served amazing appetizers, charcuterie and dinner at my client’s wedding. Everything tasted AND looked delicious. As a planner, they were so easy to work with especially on wedding day. Will definitely be recommending Manis!

Excellent service, even better food!

The food was delicious! Every guest mentioned how good it was, including our other vendors. From beginning to end, Kristin and Brandon were so easy to work with. They explained all our options, we’re very quick to text back, let us set up a tasting, and helped confirm all the details for our guests with dietary restrictions. The day of, the three staff members were so fabulous and easygoing. They helped make the day run smoothly and fulfilled every detail we had discussed from Kristin.

Wonderful quality food and service

My daughter’s wedding in TN was wonderful. The food was fabulous. Many guests complimented it and several said it was the best catering they’d ever had. We certainly agree.

Great food and fantastic staff!

We hired Manis and Co for our March wedding. The food was amazing and exactly what we wanted. We served garlic chicken (SO good!), ham steaks, glazed carrots, mashed potatoes, rolls, salad, jalapeño poppers, and brie bites. All of our guests were very impressed with the quality of the food. The staff were absolutely incredible! They provided all the china, glasses, and flatware we needed for food and the dessert bar (which they set up for us!). They pre set the tables with plates and flatware and made everything look incredible. Kristen is so kind and easy to work with. We had a buffet and she served my grandfather without being asked! I was so impressed with everyone! Once we moved to the dance floor, the staff packed up to go boxes for us. The price for everything was extremely affordable and worth every penny. I highly recommend Manis and Co to anyone needing catering for their event.

Great experience!

Manis and Co. was an excellent company to work with! They were always so responsive to emails and were very accommodating with some changes I wanted to make. They served our plated dinner in a timely manner and even made sure our bridal party was served appetizers while taking pictures after the ceremony. Several guests commented on the good food. They helped our big day run smoothly and overall were great to work with!

We love Brandon and Kristen!

We LOVED Manis & Co. and are so happy we chose them to cater our wedding! Brandon and Kristen are a husband and wife duo from Knoxville who have made it their mission to provide fresh, locally sourced meals at affordable prices, and boy did they deliver! They were awesome to work with before the wedding, promptly answering my many questions and offering a free tasting at their kitchen. The day of the wedding, their incredible, kind staff provided food that guests raved about and even packed up the leftovers for my husband and me! On top of all of this, Manis & Co. provides their own plates, napkins, and silverware, buffet table linens, and servers. All at the BEST price I could find! I feel like I hit the jackpot when I found these guys, and I'm so grateful for their good work. Keep doing what you're doing, Brandon & Kristen. Brides, book them right now!
