Based in Knoxville, Tennessee, Big Fatty's Catering offers fresh farm-to-table dishes for weddings and special occasions. Owner Chef Lisa Smith has been serving the greater Knoxville area for more than 30 years. She loves to create classic Southern cuisine with an emphasis on vibrant, farm-to-table ingredients. Chef Lisa is a certified culinary graduate of Johnson and Wales University. She believes that food plays an important role in creating memories, and she hopes to help to-be-weds have a day to remember.

A full-service catering company, Big Fatty's Catering works with couples from the very beginning to design their ideal menu. Their chosen dishes can be served as a buffet, at stations, or as a seated banquet meal. The team here is happy to work with any allergies or dietary restrictions. Hors d'oeuvres can also be supplied for cocktail hours. Delivery, set up, and clean up can all be arranged by the team at Big Fatty's Catering.
