We did a tasting with Lisa and we were sold. Her food is amazing and all the guests raved about it. She was on time, the layout was beautiful and the food was hot. I highly recommend hiring Big Fatty's Catering.

My family loved the food!! Everyone kept saying how good it was and for such a great price. I was super impressed. They dropped off and set up the food on time. Would deff use this caterer again!

Lisa was thorough and quick when communication throughout the wedding planning process. She did all of the necessary prep work to make sure things went smoothly for our wedding. She went above and beyond to cover all food preferences and needs. Her staff really sealed the deal. They were all so kind and supportive through the entire meal. They made sure my husband and I were well taken care of and promptly cleared tables and helped our guests.

The food was amazing! It was all made so well and reminded me of a home cooked meal, which is exactly what we wanted! She even had our plates made for us when it came time for us to eat!

The highlight of this catering is the taste of the food! We got so many compliments. She was punctual and had signs for the options. I also loved she prepared a plate for my husband and I. My only negative feedback would be that she said she would clear the tables of the dirty plates but did not.

Her food is absolutely amazing! During the tasting everything went perfect but we it came down to the big day she was very rude to my family and guests her servers were nothing but professional. Family is everything to us so this has left a bad taste on our mouth about her. We paid a lot of money and didn’t deserve to be treated so poorly.

Lisa was hired for our wedding on 10.21.23. I understand that it was UT game that day but there is no excuse for watching the game in our venue when you're supposed to be catering our wedding. She was standoffish to all of my guests and I was never spoken to once by here during the wedding. Not only was the food served cold, but incorrect food was served and specialty diet food was placed on a ledge unknown to anyone and we found it the next day during wedding cleanup. Instead of using warming plates, food was placed in the oven briefly before served so she could get back to the game.We also paid to have them box up the food in to go boxes to have guests take. The left the to go boxes and lid of foil pans disregarded before they took off.
The bartenders contracted through her were a joke. There was everything from 5 shots of liquor in a SINGLE drink, to them mixing water into drinks and trying to serve them. They also broke the seal on many liquor bottles and popped the cork on wines, so we can't even return them. I reached out to her personally before posting this review , and she just said my bad or my mistake to all our concerns. When asked for a partial refund, she completely ghosted me. We paid over 2000 for catering and it was not worth it.
