Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
We provide color balance, black & white conversions, and image enhancements such as selective color, depth of field adjustments, and vignettes (to name just a few) in all of our collections. We will also provide you with several "artist signatures" which are usually our favorite images that are specially prepared for you.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
We have shot in a variety of venues and locales, so we are well versed in low and harsh lighting conditions. In addition, we use only professional Nikon cameras and lenses and bring a complete array of on and off camera lighting systems to augment the natural lighting when applicable.
Is your media preference film or digital?
We shoot in 35mm digital format, however, we do offer 35mm film services upon special request.
How many photographers do you work with?
We generally employ a 2 photographer approach for all but the most intimate of weddings to ensure there is never a missed moment. On many occasions we may use up to 3 or even 4 photgraphers if the venue(s) and or events of the day call for shooting at multiple places at the same time.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, and we back it up in every contract.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Since I believe our clients require the utmost personal attention, we do not "double book" weddings for the same date with the same photographer.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, you will be able to use one of the photographers on our staff, or we will assist you in finding a replacement if you so desire.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
A complete array of professional Nikon cameras, lenses with a vast array of on and off camera lighting.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, we carry 2 sets of professional Nikon equipment to back-up our primary gear.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Both, our wedding collections are priced all-inclusive (time and products)so they are incorporating an hourly rate.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
We work very hard to ensure you have the appropriate coverage for your wedding, but we do realize that no matter how hard you plan, there are circumstances that will cause things to run just a little behind schedule. When this occurs we will always confer with you and should you need aditional time, charges will accrue in half hour increments at the contracted hourly rate.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

Do you charge for travel?
Yes and No. For wedding within the greater North Texas and Southern Oklahoma regions, we do not chrge. For destination weddings, the travel charges will be discussed and outlined as a seperate line item.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
We generally have proofs posted to our website within 7-14 business days of your wedding, if not sooner. In many cases we are able to have the images up in just a few days.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Private viewing on our website and, or, hard cover proof book.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Prints are initially posted to our website for a period of 30 days, but may be extended for a longer duration.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, but we do offer licensed rights to use your images for prints if you choose to include them as part of your collection.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer a complete line of custom designed Coffee Table Books, and Flush Mount Albums. In addition, we also carry a full line of traditional albums.
