We have an extensive database regarding construction and cleaning your gown. We extensively research your new or vintage gown to ensure exceptional care and superior workmanship.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Cleaning typically takes a few days (but SOS quick turnaround services are available, preservation a few weeks and restoration about 6 weeks depending on the dress.
How often do you receive new dresses?
While we receive new gowns to clean all the time, we also are the DFW specialists for gown restoration. Whether you plan on wearing, restyling, or using your vintage gown as a construction piece, we can ensure the gown is at its finest for your wedding day!
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?

Do you have a seamstress onsite?
No, but we use only highly skilled tailors who specialize in wedding gown tailoring and repair.
