What primary style, such as traditional or documentary, do you identify with? Whatever you want it to be! We are sophisticated, elegant, contemporary, traditional and fun ... your wedding day will likely be all of the above, and so will your wedding film!

Are you a commercial studio or home-based business? We are a professional, home-based business. Our studio office has the warmth and comfort of a home, in a business like setting.

What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer? Film is documentary by nature and should reflect your personalities... naturally. We believe the perfect wedding film is part historical record, part fairy tale. We use minimal interaction and yet, still achieve a beautiful storybook film of your day.

Describe any special editing services you offer: We use a professional editing suite, Final Cut Pro for Macintosh, to achieve a professional quality finished product. We build and create all aspects of your wedding film, DVD and packaging from the ground up, no templates, no preconceived formulas, no pre-printed media. Everything about your film will be produced exclusively for you!

Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event? We use available light whenever possible to achieve a more natural look, and be unobtrusive. Our cameras are very effective in low light, but we do have adjustable lighting with diffusers to assist us in a dimly lit environment.

Does the bride get to meet the videographers before the wedding? Absolutely!

How many videographers do you work with? We always use two manned cameras. Multiple camera angles allows us to create a dynamic, three dimensional and entertaining Film. Using more than one manned camera makes it possible for us to capture more of your precious memories, in greater detail. It is also provides a measure of protection, in the the unlikely event that one of the cameras has a failure.

Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the wedding day? Of course! We have never missed an event yet, but we have to be prepared for that possibility!

Do you give access to your raw footage? Yes, in fact, you receive all of the actual tapes we used to film your day! We do not reuse tapes, we use new tapes for every wedding and when your wedding film is complete we give them to you. We even package them for preservation!

Is the bride involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the bride have in editing? We are Personal Touch Productions... our emphasis is on personalization! We get your input on music, style and content, as much or as little as you like. We even offer a video preview and allow you to request changes. This is not our film, it's yours, and you should love everything about it!

How long does it take for the bride to get the video? If you are in a rush, we may not be the company for you. All of the personalization we put into your film takes time. And, we are well aware that this film will outlive us all, it is your family heirloom. We consider it's creation a great responsibility and pledge to give each one the time and attention it deserves!

Do we offer High Definition? Yes... we always strive to use the latest technology to enhance the quality and longevity of your wedding film.

Our advice to brides and grooms... When choosing a videographer, look beyond price! There are only a precious few things that will remain after the day is done, some dried flowers, your dress, your photos and your VIDEO! Your wedding video is the beginning of your family history, it is your family heirloom! Beyond photos, video records this once in a lifetime experience in 3D.
