Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
B&W, sepia, hand-tinted style, and image enhancement at no charge. We also can retouch to your specifications (tanlines, braces, backgrounds, etc)
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
We love to work with the light YOU choose. As professionals, candlelight and bright beaches do not pose any problems for us.
Is your media preference film or digital?
We shoot primarily digital images, but can customize a film & negative package for you.
How many photographers do you work with?
We have FOUR photographers at our studio, and have TWO other colleagues who occasionally assist with large events.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes, you will meet your photographer(s) at the time of the consult or at least before the event; and you are guaranteed to have them at your even.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We only shoot one wedding per day; and only 2 weddings a weekend.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, with four photographers, you are guaranteed to have the number of professionals you hired.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We bring a variety of lenses, tripods, lights, and cameras with us, but we tailor our list to avoid cluttering up your sites.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
We always have 2 sets of back-up equipment for each photographer.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Since our packages include everything, we charge by the hour. We also have smaller packages for 1 photographer.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
We may not be available for overtime, so we suggest that you consult with us before picking a package - to ensure you have purchased enough time.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We take our breaks when the bridal party is taking a break.
Do you charge for travel?
We travel freely within Tampa Bay; and we have very reasonable travel fees for everywhere else - including overseas.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Proofs normally take 4-6 weeks, depending on the size of the event.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Initial proofs are on your personalized photo gallery online at Pictage.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Proofs stay online for one full year. But since you get a cd of all photos, there is no need to purchase proofs seperately.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, we retain the copyright - but we share the copyright with the bride & groom so that they can print up their own photos from their cd.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
We love to show off your wedding photos and will continue to make samples, albums, and publish your images.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
All packages include a cd or dvd of all images, as well as a photographer's release.
Will images be available for viewing online?
All packages include an online photo gallery at Pictage.
What kind of albums do you offer?
All of our albums are custom (no photo or page limit) and have genuine Italian leather covers. We also have non-leather options for those who are interested. We are also one of the few photographers in Tampa able to offer Graphi Albums, White Glove First Edition Books, and Couture Books.
