Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
We can handle any type of lighting situation we encounter, but we prefer a nice sunny afternooon. I enables us to provide our signature clean and natural look.
Is your media preference film or digital?
We shoot digital but may sprinkle a little film or polaroid here and there if you're into that look.
How many photographers do you work with?
It's both Leslie and I and if needed or one of us can't make it, we have another photographer we work with.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never in one day and prefer to not book more than one per weekend. It takes a lot of endurance to do more than one wedding per weekend. Although we might book a wedding and a baby shower let say in one weekend.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
All that we may think we will need for the venue. I hate being at a shoot and needing a piece of equipment that we though we were not going to need but realize It would be nice if we did.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Absoulutely. Every piece of equipment we own has a backup and we bring it all. Murphy's law is a killer.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes, if beyond our local area.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
About a week after, so usually by the time you get back from your honeymoon your images are ready for you to review and share.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Initial proofs are online and paper proofs (if purchased) can take a couple of additional weeks.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
If purchased, yes.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes
What kind of albums do you offer?
The entire spectrum. From beautiful coffee table / magazine type books to High End leather albums with flush mount.
