Our Exectuive chef is constantly extending wedding menus to be elegant fine dining experiences with elements of surprise and delightful combinations. Because we only use professional chefs and the latest culinary techiniques, our food is delicious (check out oru reviews); and will astonish your guests. More importantly, great food does not mean expensive; it is fresh ingrediants, cooked on site, and garnished with delectable sauces and coulis.

Since we cook on site in our mobile catering kitchens, we can go up through Tampa and as far south as Boca Grande and still deliver the high quality and delicous menu items we are our couples rave about.

Catering Service Options

The really popular 2011 services options are TAPAS< Family Style and Guest Choice - Tableside. TAPAS service is an extended cocktail evening where guests can nosh and nibble through the cocktail hour, dance, nosh a bit more, dance, and finish the night with After Bites to rev them up for your after party. Our Family style service is an alternative to those long buffet lines and each dish is an elegant presentation of your favorite foods. For a more formal setting; consider our Guest Choice Tableside AND don't be the waitress at your wedding. Our servers will ask your guests once they are seated, to chose one of the 4 entrees including our delicious VEGAN dinners.

Finish the Night with an Exclamation Point

Our Vintage Vender Carts can display special dessert treats, ice cream sundaes, our famous burger bars including the most written above favorite of the grooms'; Cheeseburgers in Paradise, or even our newest Ballpark Specials for your baseball fanatics.

Our staff is available in vintage costumes, traditional tuxedos, and even tropical attire.

We Cook On-Site

Ever wonder why wedding food tastes so much like leftovers? If you don’t cook on-site, the food sits in a box for over 6 hours before it gets served. Our view is to send professional chefs, bring our restaurant ovens in our mobile kitchen and cook on site. The food tastes fresh, delicious and has the special touches that you normally see from a fine dining restaurant.
