About

We are wedding photographers out of Kalamazoo, Michigan. We love to have fun, and nothing is more fun than working with you on one of the most important days in your life. We like to call what we do Fashion Photojournalism, which includes a nice mix of traditional and none traditional photographs. We also love to focus on details. They way we see it is our photographs best share your wedding with the world.

Kendra and I have been working together since we married in 2007, but I have been shooting for 10 years. It was so great adding Kendra, who's vision inspired our new name "McVay Vision". That vision, we feel, is what enables us to photograph your wedding in a very special way. A way that will make it unique, and like no other. We are continually pushing ourselves to create images that show the real you.

McVay Vision is incredible to work with. Right away they make you feel really comfortable taking photos and working with them. Vince creates art with his photos. We did our engagement photos and I was so impressed with the time he took working with us and creating moments that were us as a couple. He is great at guiding you through the photos and getting a great mix of traditional photos and some really awesome creative photos as well. For our wedding day McVay Vision was with us from 8:30 am at the salon until 12:00 am when the reception was over. They are extremely professional to work with and the photos are amazing and special to us. We really recommend doing their photo booth as well. They have some of the best props and back drop I have ever seen! If you want spectacular wedding photos pick McVay Vision Photography.

The quality of service that is provided is phenomenal - he goes above and beyond. He was able to make great recommendations and suggestions concerning the photography that helped our day go very smoothly. Vince was absolutely amazing! His creativity showed in the places he chose for the locations of our pictures that day. He was fun and exciting never an awkward moment. Very well organized and was a pleasure to work with! My pictures are amazing and I love them! My only suggestion for future brides is make sure you know exactly what you want in your pictures as well as be extremely organized! Remember pictures tell a thousand words and they last a life time! I don’t regret choosing Vince McVay at all!

Choosing McVay Vision to photograph our wedding was the best decision we ever made! When all is said and done, all you have left to remember your wedding are the photos. So, even though we were working on a tight budget we knew that finding the right photographer was worth the splurge. McVay Vision was worth every penny and more! Vince and Kendra are amazingly talented artists, who truly captured every beautiful moment of our wedding! When we received our photos, we were literally stunned at how breathtaking they were! Our friends and family made comments like, "These pictures are beautiful!" "These pics are surreal" and "Such amazing photos - your photographer is brilliant!" And, we couldn't agree more. They were so artistic and unique. They simply cannot be compared to anyone else's work! If you are looking for a photographer that is a step above the rest, then you are looking for McVay Vision!

As soon as I became engaged I started planning the wedding right away. Choosing a photographer I valued to be one of the most important things because when the day is over the photos will be the way to remember and relive that day. I would recommend McVay Vision Photography to anyone. I was extremely happy with the quality and creativity of the photos along with the quantity. Vince is fun to work with and makes everyone feel comfortable while maintaining professionalism. On the wedding day he was with us from the very beginning at the salon the very end. The pictures we have from him captured every moment and detail of our special day.

He was able to get us to truly relax and captured realistic images that had an artistic edge. We really enjoyed working with Vince and Kendra. They made us feel very comfortable on our wedding day and were really easy to talk to and ask questions to. We had over 900 pictures taken of the two of us and our family and friends, and they were there with us from early in the morning until close to the end of the reception. Not only that but our pictures were incredible! I could tell Vince put a lot of work into them after the wedding in order to make each one perfect! I would recommend McCay Vision Photography any day!
