I will work closely with you to help bring out the beautiful features that you were born with. Modern makeup should be simple and natural so it's the face that is being noticed ~ not the makeup. Cosmetics are to enhance the features, not change them. When I say makeup should be simple and natural I don't mean looking pale and washed out. A little color will make such a big statement to your true beauty.


Makeup is meant to be beautiful, and beautiful is all about the colors you choose and where you place them.

Get your best skin ever. Its easier than you think. Makeup starts with great skincare, and I will teach you how to choose the correct skin care to fit your specific needs. Your bridal party is welcomed to join you, we can make it a Girlfriend Wedding Event. So your skin will have a beautiful healthy glow to it. (This is an option available to you to take advantage of ).


Next we will set a time to do makeovers with color. This is where the fun comes in, you will get to try several looks. I have some wonderful new Spring colors in. You will get tips and tricks on how to wear the season's hottest looks. So hey! let's get the group together and get to work on your Wedding makeover.


I work closely with photographers to ensure that we capture the best "you" on film by making your makeup flawless.

I do offer on location makeup. The choice is yours whether you want me to apply your color or not.

UNDERSTANDING SKIN TYPES:

There are 4 basic skin types: dry, normal, combination and oily. Each skin type has its own characteristics.

DRY SKIN: Has small pores and a dull finish with little to no shine. Lines tend to form quickly on dry skin, especially around the eyes and mouth. Dry skin is common in women over the age of 50. Dry skin can also develop among women who do not protect their skin when outdoors. It becomes rough and may flake.

NORMAL SKIN: Normal skin has a smooth healthy look to it. It contains a balance of oil and moisture without clogged pores. If properly cared for, lines and wrinkles are minimal.

COMBINATION SKIN: Combination skin also has a smooth healthy texture with some oiliness in the T-zone (T-zone means forming a “T” across the forehead and down the nose and chin). It could have some signs of dryness on the cheeks and outer edges of the face.

OILY SKIN: When too much oil is produce from the sebaceous glands and the skin appears to have a shine is considered oily. It also has larger pores than other skin types. This skin type tends to be prone to breakouts, have clogged pores and blemishes. The large amount of oil on the skin’s surface helps the upper layers retain water and protect the skin from environmental causes of dryness. If by early afternoon you notice your skin has a shine to it. Chances are you have oily skin.
With the proper skincare regimen and consistent use will keep your skin looking its best!
