How many photographers do you work with?
Most packages comes with two photographers. Some custom packages don't require two photographers.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
One wedding a day 99.9% of the time. The only way we would do two in a day is if there is more than enough time to travel from one job to the next.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We haven't missed a wedding yet, but if this were to ever happen, their are a half dozen photographers that work for Lucero Photography. Rest assured, you are well taken care of.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I have three cameras that I bring to each wedding. The camera I use most is the Nikon D3.My second shooters also bring 2-3 cameras of their own. We'll have 5-6 cameras on your wedding day.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Always!!!
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We charge for a full day.Please contact us to discuss package details.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
The only break we take is to eat (about 15 minutes and it's usually while you eat) and then we are off to shoot some more.
Do you charge for travel?
We charge for airfare and hotel stay.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Your proofs are ready for viewing for you and your loved ones through a custom website 3 weeks after the wedding day.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Digital files are provided in most packages.
Will images be available for viewing online?
All our pacakges come with an online website for viewing proofs.It works out well because many of our clients have family out of state.
What kind of albums do you offer?
We only offer the best albums available in the industry.Some which include Leather Craftsman and La-Vie.
When will the client get the final album?
6 to 8 weeks from the day you tell us what images you want in your album.
