Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never! You wedding "day".. is YOUR wedding day, and I make myself available to YOU!
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Absolutely.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Photographers bag of toys!
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, yes and yes!
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Full day.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
No time for breaks!
Do you charge for travel?
Because I choose to keep my prices so low, I do add a $50 fee if the milage is more than 100 miles.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Usually within a few days.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
I use a proof site so images can be seen at various sizes and venues.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
I release the copyright for all weddings along with the high resolution CD to the bride and groom.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, I provide all digital files to the bride and groom.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes. I am a member of Pictage.
What kind of albums do you offer?
I am very flexible to provide any of your album needs.
When will the client get the final album?
Processing time is usually 4 to 6 weeks after final editing.
