What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
The FAMOUS 30 minute DVD. Where your friends and family can see the full wedding put to music, like a movie or TV show. We find that brides (and the grooms!) tend to watch the 30 minute movie much more often than a 2 hour movie.
We also provide the full unedited version.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Yes. We use the state of the art on camera light with a dimming mode so that guests aren't blinded.
How many videographers do you work with?
1-3 depending on the package
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Yes, I think its very important for you to meet me and I meet you. I think you will find I'm very friendly and comfortable to be around.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes! I will always be at your wedding.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never on the same day. This day is entirely devoted to you!
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
I view your wedding as important as my own. For a unforeseen circumstance, I do have colleges who shoot in a similar style that are willing to cover me.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, I back up all of my equipment.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I'm a non smoker, therefore I do not need to take extra breaks. Just the usual dinner time break when it's most appropriate in the evening.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Yes, this feature comes with all packages.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
Yes. We love featuring your wedding on our Blog page! Its a great place to send your family and friends before the full length video is sent.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
4-6 weeks after you supply the music list. Usually I will mail you the DVD before the deadline as a little surprise.
