I received a degree in interior design, was liscensed and practiced it for about 3 years until I realized I didn't like it.

I then worked for a lighting sales and design firm within the industry and found that I loved something...light.

I am in love with Jesus Christ. Jesus is my light.

I am in love with light through my pictures, whether that be real or artifical, or the light in people's faces as they love those around them.

I love wedding photography, because I love marriage! I love the entire process of two people who God knows will be better together for His glory than they are alone. I love watching the couples that I get to know grow into "one" and rock it! I love getting the honor of documenting the entire event so that they will always have those memories to look back on, cherish and show off their joy to their future generations!

I am passionate about photography, but my world is rocked by my incredible family.

I have an amazingly supportive husband who is the best encourager I have ever met.

I have two precious little boys who I am honored to get to raise into amazing men of God, just like their daddy.

I have smile wrinkles. I LOVE to smile. I smile so much my cheeks hurt.

I have angel's kisses. I have got to have every breed of white-ness in my genes, so freckles ornament my face.

I am so thankful for the amazing home I grew up in, where love was always shown.

I am addicted to coffee, Texas Pecan is my favorite.

I am a born and raised proud Texan, but I do not own a cowboy hat or a real pair of boots.

I wanted to be an actress when I grew up.

I played soccer for 1/2 of my life.

I have only been over-sea's once, when my husband took me to Greece on our honeymoon, but we will get back as much as we can in the future.

I love art. I cannot wait to someday become a member of the museum's (when our boys appreciate it)

My favorite animal is a horse. I cannot even beging to describe to you how badly I wanted one when I was a little girl.

My favorite color is actually the absence of color: white. It is so crisp, happy and clean. Might also explain why I have such a passion for light!
