Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
Color is definitely a must, and I couldn't pass up handing out black and white copies as well. Selective color and textured images, along with general digital enhancements.
Is your media preference film or digital?
As much as I love the textures and colors of film, not to mention the sounds of a 35mm shutter...I shoot all my professional images digitally.
How many photographers do you work with?
While I do provide the option, and packages with assistants/second shooters, you always will have at least me.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
I do. I wouldn't have it any other way.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never on the same day, but two over a weekend, isn't out of the ordinary.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes. There will always be an available photographer to cover your wedding, in the event that I'm not able to attend.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I, am a Nikon photographer. I only carry the best (sorry canonites). I pack a variety of lenses,flashes,reflectors, you name it.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Always. Even after rigorously, checking over the equipment, cleaning, cleaning again, charging, and making every thing ready and in tip top condition.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
My packages start at 4 hours of coverage, up to unlimited coverage.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
A small collection of images will be available via my blog, within a week of the wedding. The rest will be ready, within 4-6 weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
All proofs are made viewable on-line, in password protected galleries.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Always and forever.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, along with passing them on to you.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Unless otherwise specified.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
The images will be stored, and handed over to you, on CD or DVD.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, every package includes an on-line proof gallery, as well as convenient on-line ordering.
