My wife and I are incredibly happy that we chose Jayson Mellom to shoot our wedding. He and his wife, Robin, make a great team. We chose Jayson because we were drawn to his artistic talent and ability to capture fantastic candid moments. It's been said that a picture says a thousand words, his double that! Our guests commented and how our photographer was everywhere and capturing shots from unique angles. It's true, they worked non-stop! He also had our photos ready in less time than we expected. Not only that, the highlight video was ready the day after our wedding. We were so pleased. Moreover, it goes without saying that they are professional, but they're also nice and engaging people. My wedding album was covered in real moments! They captured so many amazing moments that will keep my memories forever. Jayson and his wife were a great team who made you feel comfortable. Their technique blew my expectations out of the water! Picture captured moments not photo shoots. I loved them!

Our wedding was a little unconventional and we were looking for a photographer to match. Jayson and Robin definitely delivered. Not only did the pictures turn out more amazing than I could have imagined, the photographers were super easy to work with. I think the photo booth pictures are my favorite from the wedding.

When we were looking for photographers, we were looking for someone that had a unique take on photos. We viewed his website and we were hooked, but we wanted my now brother-in-law's opinion. He agreed Jayson had a good eye, so we booked.

Jayson and Robin (his wife) are very kind and very energetic people. We were very excited when we sat down with them to go over our options. We could tell that they would capture one of a kind moments. Moments you wouldn't think were moments until you saw them as a picture.

The best suggestion was a sort of 'photo booth' they would set up in a corner of the reception hall. People would have the chance to step into this 'photo booth' and have their picture taken with friends or family. He was able to get some fantastic/amazing pictures. I would hope that every bride/groom signs up for that option.. believe me, you won't regret it!

We were VERY happy with the way the pictures turned out. Jayson is definitely a photographer we'll be calling again!

The first time I saw Jayson's work, I immediately passed the link along to my fiance. We both thought his work was amazing - it was so real and the photos artistically conveyed the story and mood of each wedding. We knew we were extremely interested in Jayson, and then after meeting him, it was an easy decision.

Jayson and his wife, Robin, are so personable and laid back. My fiance and I felt comfortable around both of them and knew that they would allow us to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest. We were confident that they would capture our "story" without interrupting it! Jayson and Robin were absolutely wonderful to work with.

As for the photos, they will always be extremely special to us. It was very difficult to choose a subset to put in an album, as they are all worthy! The best thing about the photos is that they allow us to experience the day all over again. When we look at Jayson's photos, we know exactly what we were thinking/feeling at that moment in time. Pretty amazing.

Having Jayson Mellom photograph my wedding was an absolute dream come true. After seeing a sample of his work, I was sold but meeting him only further solidified my first impression. Jayson has the ability to capture a fleeting moment of happiness, sadness, laughter, and joy. Not only did our photos come out unbelievably beautiful, they are able stand on their own and tell the story of the day. Jayson easily maneuvered a family full of camera-shy individuals and turned out amazing photos that I will cherish forever. He and his wife were not only unobtrusive in the days’ events, they actually added to our joy. I look forward to a day where I can work with him again.

We picked Jayson for our photographer because we wanted something a little different from traditional wedding photography. Jayson's background is in photojournalism, so I knew he would be great at capturing the mood of the day and the little special moments, and that was most important to me. We met with Jayson and his wife and business partner, Robin, and we clicked with them right away. We got the picture back just 3 weeks after the event, and they turned out amazing. I think is one or maybe two pictures that I wish we had they they didn't get, over-all, I really couldn't have asked for better pictures.

Photographers in this area run really, really expensive, so we really shopped around on this one. Jayson wasn't cheap. but he was a lot more affordable than most of the other photographers, and they were really cool about working with our budget and needs. They seemed genuinely excited about our event, and that shows in the pictures. I really enjoyed working with Robin and Jayson, and I would do it over again.
