How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
We require a desposit with the signed contract to hold the date and space. Then all anticipated charges are due 30 days prior to the event. If any balance is remaining at the conclusion of the event it is to be settled before departure from the Hotel.

Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
Yes. Private room @ no charge if you book a 2009 Wedding. And the dinner package is only $45 per person (plus tax & gratuity).

Guest Chairs, Wedding Arch, Tables and Table Clothes, PA System
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Tables, Chairs, Linens, Flatware, Glassware, Dinnerware, Dance floor and Bartender are all INCLUDED!

For 100 person wedding there are about 4-5 wait staff.

Absolutely not.

We do not require our musicians and we do not charge for brining your own.

Not often. We can preform more than one wedding at a time but prefer not to. However if we do, they are on separate sides of the Hotel and we bring in plenty of extra staff.
