The Ceremony:
The Avondale Terrace is the perfect setting for outdoor wedding ceremonies. The covered Terrace has a stone fireplace and columns as well as a sparkling water feature. The ceremony package includes white, padded chairs and wooden arch, aisle runner, rehearsal time and dressing rooms. The wedding party is pampered with Champagne and hors d’oeuvres during your photography session after the wedding. Seating for 100 guests.
The Reception:
Our elegant Avondale Ballroom can accommodate a wedding reception of up to 150 people and provides you with the flexibility and privacy you deserve to make this a unique experience. All of our wedding reception packages include linens, candle centerpieces, complimentary cake cutting service, private bartender and dance floor. Let the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix/Avondale’s culinary team design a menu that fits your individual tastes and family customs.

Fast forward 2024, I had the opportunity to work again with Tracy for a clients theme wedding that was planned for February 2024. From Tracy's kindness, attention to detail, timely response, accommodations with a bridal suite 1 week prior to wedding, to Chef making sure the brides meal meet her specifications, to the staff quickly attending to all the day of details I requests to make sure all was perfect! We had the most amazing experience here at the Hilton Garden Inn\Avondale. And the food is always pleasing, no guest left hungry. I could go on and on.
As a Personal Planner, I enjoy working with a team that cares about all the details as much as I do for each client, it makes a difference.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a lovely place for a ceremony and reception. The brick facade inside makes for beautiful photos as well as the views outside. You don't need to worry about finding an outside caterer because their food is wonderful! Visit the Hilton Garden Inn!
