Amazing experience
Incredible value and service
The value is absolutely unreal! They offer a few different packages and we feel that for everything we got, we could have easily paid 50% more. The service is top notch, the property is gorgeous, and the food is excellent.
Ivy is incredible and a large part of why we booked this venue. She kept us calm and informed throughout our 11 month planning process and the wedding day. She was always eager to help, promptly answered our questions, and had great advice/suggestions. She completely understood our vision and made our dreams come true. You’ve likely read about the sheep, but HGC has a GOAT named Ivy.
We loved that you get access to so many spaces at this venue. We had our ceremony in the garden, cocktail hour just outside the clubhouse, and the reception inside the pavilion. Ivy knows so many beautiful spots around the golf course, and our photos turned out amazing.
Everyone LOVED the food. Banquet food can be pretty meh, but the food at HGC is truly delicious. Our guests raved about the pulled pork and the beautiful grilled veggie display. The passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious and really elevated our cocktail hour. Ivy even packed to-go boxes of food for us to take home, which was a wonderful surprise!
We booked one of the onsite cottages for the nights before and after the wedding, and I would 100% recommend doing this. The cottages are extremely nice and staying on property made things much easier that weekend.
Thank you again to Ivy and her team for everything. We can’t recommend Hermitage Golf Course enough!

Kara is an absolute dream to work with and never loses that smile she has, no matter what's going on around her. Extremely diligent in her duties and she flows, seamlessly, with the rest of the staff to make certain her events are the best they can be. The facility at Hermitage is top-notch and very reasonable, especially considering the value you're getting. I highly recommend this venue to anyone considering a wedding in the Nashville area.
Hermitage Golf Course is a beautiful venue. The gardens make for a picture perfect wedding and Kara Trophy does an outstanding job of orchestrating each brides wedding, I love to work with her and refer the venue whenever possible.
