Could not recommend HGC enough for hosting your wedding! The grounds are absolutely stunning, the team is amazing and the food is incredible. We worked with Lexie and felt very well taken care of during the entire planning process. Her and Mindy and the rest of the staff made our day run so smoothly. If you're on the fence, just do it. You won't regret it. -

HGC was the perfect place for our wedding. We initially fell in love with the gorgeous golf course and the views and we loved Ivy, the director. What drew us to HGC was that you don't have to deal with a ton of vendors and they offer so much through them. They do the food, rentals-tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, and plates, and you have a pretty back drop for your wedding. We did not have our ceremony onsite, but their garden is gorgeous. The space for the reception is very spacious and had lots of room for our large wedding. The food was amazing and we had so many guests come up and tell us how much they enjoyed all of the food! We did most of our wedding planning with Ivy (Feb 2023-Jan 2024). The transition from Ivy to Lexie, the new director, for the most part was pretty seamless. Lexie was very responsive to emails and questions that I had once the transition over directors occurred. Lexie made our day flawless and the whole staff was amazing and very professional. We rented one of the cottages to get ready in and they are super nice and a great option of a place to great ready for your big day. Cannot recommend this venue enough! -

Hermitage Golf Course was the perfect place to have our June wedding! We were planning our wedding in Nashville while living in Ohio, and the team at Hermitage Golf Course made everything absolutely seamless during the long distance planning process. Lexie & Mindy were fantastic and made sure every detail was taken care of on our day. Even though it was a hot summer wedding day, Lexie made sure our guests had beverages before & during the ceremony to cool down. They have recently made some major upgrades to the cocktail hour and reception areas, and it looks phenomenal! We were initially drawn to their gorgeous garden space for ceremonies and our pictures there turned out absolutely perfect! We got to explore the golf course for our bride/groom portraits and the views were stunning! Guests loved the food and so many guests told us it was the best wedding food they've had! We absolutely loved having our wedding here and would definitely recommend to others! -

Incredible value and service
We are so happy we had our wedding at Hermitage Golf Course. Our wedding day was beautiful and stress-free, all thanks to Ivy and HGC team.
The value is absolutely unreal! They offer a few different packages and we feel that for everything we got, we could have easily paid 50% more. The service is top notch, the property is gorgeous, and the food is excellent.
Ivy is incredible and a large part of why we booked this venue. She kept us calm and informed throughout our 11 month planning process and the wedding day. She was always eager to help, promptly answered our questions, and had great advice/suggestions. She completely understood our vision and made our dreams come true. You’ve likely read about the sheep, but HGC has a GOAT named Ivy.
We loved that you get access to so many spaces at this venue. We had our ceremony in the garden, cocktail hour just outside the clubhouse, and the reception inside the pavilion. Ivy knows so many beautiful spots around the golf course, and our photos turned out amazing.
Everyone LOVED the food. Banquet food can be pretty meh, but the food at HGC is truly delicious. Our guests raved about the pulled pork and the beautiful grilled veggie display. The passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious and really elevated our cocktail hour. Ivy even packed to-go boxes of food for us to take home, which was a wonderful surprise!
We booked one of the onsite cottages for the nights before and after the wedding, and I would 100% recommend doing this. The cottages are extremely nice and staying on property made things much easier that weekend.
Thank you again to Ivy and her team for everything. We can’t recommend Hermitage Golf Course enough! -

The best decision we made!
The best decision we made! We had our wedding at Hermitage Golf Course in January. I can't say enough about this wonderful venue. Ivy Manfredi and her staff went beyond our expectations. They were organized, kind and extremely professional. Our guests raved about the venue and could not believe the outstanding meal at the reception. Each member of the team made us, and our guests feel special. They went above and beyond! Ivy was delightful and helpful throughout the quick 5 months planning process and on the wedding day. Hermitage Golf Course has mastered creating the perfect wedding experience. Ivy continued to reach out before the wedding asking how they could help. She was so accommodating with any small changes or questions I had. The wedding meal was AMAZING! The backdrop for photographs was a dream! The garden, golf course and pavilion are all breathtaking. If you are looking for an outstanding, experienced, attentive, and professional staff with a five-star meal and a gorgeous setting for your wedding, you should consider Hermitage Golf Course. -

Have Your Wedding Here!
I can’t even begin on how wonderful the experience was working with Monica & Shalimar. The first time my husband and I saw the venue we knew we wanted to get married there. That was the best decision ever! We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony & reception at the venue. Everything went perfectly! The staff was beyond amazing & made everyone feel so welcome. The ceremony ran behind but no one made us feel rushed. They made sure we enjoyed ourselves & we had a wonderful wedding. Us and the wedding party took golf carts out on the course to get capture some great photos! The food was amazing, communication was clear between us and the venue, drinks were flowing & all our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was & the great service the staff provided. I can’t thank them enough for making my wedding day so amazing! This all inclusive venue made wedding planning so much easier & is budget friendly! Definitely book your wedding here!! -

Holly Sent on 06/10/2018This venue is gorgeous first and foremost! The garden area and pavilion are naturally beautiful so we were able to keep our cost down for decorations. Super friendly! Super professional! They made me feel like they were determined for me to have the most perfect day and boy did they! They handled everything and I had literally nothing to worry about the day of my wedding! Highly recommended!!!

Michele Sent on 08/04/2013Our wedding day and experience at the Hermitage Golf Course was better than we could of imagined. Our wedding and reception went great. The Rose Garden was a perfect site for the ceremony and the Banquet Room (where the reception was held) was beyond words. The food was outstanding and all of our guests had great things to say about it. We had a pig and it was cooked to perfection. All the people in attendance enjoyed every bit of what this venue had to offer us. Monica and the staff were awesome; very easy to work with, flexible, and very helpful. I would highly recommend the Hermitage Golf Course to any other couple looking for a venue to take the stress out of the biggest portion of your wedding!
