Additional Questions and Answers

Q:
I’ve seen photo books and other products like yours on the Internet.  What’s the difference between what you offer versus what everyone else offers?

A: There are many companies offering products on the Internet that may appear to be like ours.  The biggest difference is true customization, personal one-on-one Customer Service, and a guarantee.

1. Our products allow us to design a book, card or poster that is truly custom.  We’re not limited by templates -- only our imagination.

2. Because we’re small, we meet with you, discuss your ideas, understand your vision and create something you’ll love and treasure as a priceless keepsake.  No online company can give you that feeling and reassurance that your product is just a part of their bottom line.

3.  We have an Heirloom Assurance Guarantee.  If something happens to your item, simply return it and, for 50% of the original price, we’ll send you a brand new one!

Tips and Advice

Q. I have thousands of photos and keepsakes stored in boxes.  What can I do to preserve them?

A. Be sure to put them in archive quality boxes and folders.  You can purchase these at craft and hobby shops as well as office supply stores.  Leaving them in those boxes will increase the deterioration process and ruin beloved photos and documents.  Also, keep your original out of the sunlight.  If you want to display some of those photos, have a copy made and put it on display instead of your original.

Q. What do I do with all those digital photos on my computer?

A.  Put them in a book, of course!  At the very least, make back up copies of your photos on CD or DVDs.  Then store them in a safe deposit box at a local bank or somewhere outside your home.  Standard Home Security boxes won’t protect a CD or DVD in a fire, since heat will melt it and destroy your paper documents as well.
