We’ve had the best experience with Walters Wedding Estates, especially the team at Chapel at Palacios! With such a big wedding company, I was initially nervous we wouldn’t get a personalized experience. That has not been the case for us. The team has been prompt to answer every question and they have been celebrating us the whole way! From the beginning, we toured venues with Samantha Johnson and she helped us book our dream venue, Chapel at Palacios. Samantha was so fun, helpful, and real. She set us at ease as we started the planning process. We then started working with Payton K on details for the wedding day. She has been so thorough and knowledgeable. Payton has understood our vision and made everything work for us. Now as we get closer to the wedding date, we're getting to work with Brenda Wilson, and we're so confident in her ability to make sure our wedding day runs smoothly. She has the personality to keep folks in line and still make sure the party doesn't stop. We're so grateful for these incredible women. Working with them has made this process a breeze!

When I started my venue search, I had a list of things I knew we wanted: glass chapel vibe, two getting ready spaces, and multiple bathroom options. I found a few places that would check one or two things off the list, but we were always sacrificing something. I had already looked at the Walters site in my original search, but I decided to look again - and I’m SO glad I did. Chapel at Palacios had been added since the first time I looked. When I realized this and looked into it, it was gorgeous and I was so hopeful it would be everything we were looking for. It turns out that it was everything and MORE! It checked all of our boxes, plus a few - the beautiful European style, the brand newness meant it would be clean and aesthetic, and the bride’s getting ready space was SHOW STOPPING. If you’re on the fence about this venue, I urge you to take a tour. It made all of our dreams come true!
