Dear Friends, Family, and Valued Clients,

After twelve wonderful and unforgettable years, the time has come for a new chapter. Gray Gables Estate will officially close its doors on December 31, 2026.

Serving our community and celebrating so many of life's most meaningful moments has been an incredible privilege. We are deeply grateful for every couple, family, and organization that chose to create lasting memories with us. Your support has meant more to our family than words can express.

While our venue will be closing, our passion for creating memorable events will continue. Gray Gables Events will remain in operation, offering event coordination, select off-site catering, and, potentially, a new venue location in the future. This transition also allows us the opportunity to spend more time with our family while continuing to do what we love.

Following our final event at the estate, the property's new owner plans to develop the east side of the property into housing for seniors and individuals with intellectual disabilities. It is also our hope that the meeting hall will continue serving the community as a valuable gathering place, with potential uses including elder or day care, a church, music venue, school, or other community-centered purposes.

As we reflect on the past twelve years, our hearts are full of gratitude. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your weddings, celebrations, and milestones. We look forward to continuing to serve you through Gray Gables Events and hope you'll stay connected as we begin this exciting new chapter.

Facilities and Capacity through December 31st, 2026

This charming location boasts a total of four spaces for hosting both wedding ceremonies and receptions. Exchange vows or dine in The Garden with its Grecian gazebo steeped in a historical, romantic air. You can also walk down the aisle on the quaint and rustic Manor House Lawn, which though spacious, exudes intimacy. These classical gardens are dotted with towering trees and romantic brick paths and patios. In The Rustic Koi Pond, enter an enchanting forest and say “I do” under the cool shade. The lush area possesses water features and gorgeous vegetation, for a bucolic atmosphere. These various outdoor spaces can accommodate up to 300 loved ones. Inside, couples and their guests can utilize The Ballroom. This space features large windows that let the natural light stream in for a calming ambiance and a hardwood dance floor for an extra dash of visual sophistication. This is offset by the swirling and ornate patterns of the carpeting, which demonstrate an exquisite design for a sense of refinement. Dressing rooms are available for you and the wedding party to prepare for your special day. The distinctive architecture throughout the estate provides you and your partner with many opportunities for creative wedding photos. This location is also pet-friendly, allowing you to invite your furry loved ones too.

The exceptional staff at Gray Gables Estate enjoy helping you see your dream wedding come to fruition. They can help you plan and coordinate the many details of your special day. They are also flexible and creative. If the weather strikes, they have backup options to transform interior spaces on the site for your convenience. Culinary delights for your reception are all homemade creations provided by their talented chefs. A large selection of hors d'oeuvres and main courses can be crafted to satisfy both you and your guests.
