From the initial meeting and brainstorm to a tour of our extensive inventory, our warehouse and sales staff has areas of specialty so they can offer the most thoughtful of suggestions. Our extensive photo library will help you visualize your solutions and give you even more ideas.
Event Design and Layout
We will listen to your needs and share our experiences to help your event be everything that you have imagined. Our years of experience come in handy when developing layouts or fIoor plans. If needed, we'd be happy to visit your event site, assess the situation and make logistical suggestions.

Amazing service
We had issues with a venue that was not flexible about set up days and times which I shared with Courtney, she shared with the owner of the company, Maris Corvallis, who proceeded to call the venue and work them to get us what we needed to make our event set up perfect! She even had her employees make a video of how to assemble the chuppah (wedding canopy)
Would defiantly recommend them to anyone planning an event!
My Maid-of-Honor and I attended every wedding expo last year, and the moment we met Cat Villegas standing in front of the Peter Corvallis booth at the main expo in Portland - we told her she was HIRED. It was a great decision! We were having a wedding on New Year's Eve, and my rental order changed throughout the planning process. Thankfully, Cat was able to keep it all straight and organized (especially as we were ordering many small décor items, such as clocks, vases, votives, etc.), and her help throughout the process was GREATLY appreciated.

Caroline at Peter Corvallis is wonderful to work with! I had just a small chair order for a recent wedding and she was diligent to update the order a few times, add an exact delivery time when we had horrible snowy weather and sent an incredible set-up crew to the actual event! We had a couple communication issues with the front desk at PC, but Caroline was professional and diligent to hear my feedback and work with me to sort out the issue. As a day-of coordinator, this means a lot to me! There are often issues and problems, and I appreciated being able to work those details out with Caroline! Thank you for providing a great product and excellent setup crew! The crew was punctual, communicative, listened to my direction and was so efficient!
