In 1999, it was proposed as the site of a cultural center, and now welcomes artistic endeavors as well as weddings and other events.

Walters Cultural Arts Center is known for its classic red-stone architecture façade, which sets the tone for the elegant weddings within its halls. Inside, you will find stained glass windows, a fine art gallery, and woodwork arched ceilings, which create a lavish and romantic atmosphere. This versatile space can accommodate both intimate and grand affairs, with a maximum occupancy of 200 people in the theater. More intimate celebrations of 40 are welcome in the gallery, or you can host your ceremony and cocktail hour outside on the lush lawns.
